CertaPro Painters of Oswego

The sub-​contractor painters they sent were not very professional. The CertaPro contact was not responsive either once the contract was signed. The painters did not patch all the nail holes, push pin holes on the walls before painting. They would try to get away with only doing 1 coat on the walls, so we had to stick around and make sure it was done properly before they put furniture back. The painter told me it counts as 2 coats because he was «back rolling». Not applicable. They were careless and did a bad job of covering everything, so we would spend 3 – 4 hours each day cleaning dust and paint from the floors. Finally, they would prep several rooms (not well) at a time so we wouldn’t be able to use anything for multiple days. It was just an overall terrible experience. We were expecting professionals that would get the job done properly and in a timely manner. The sub-​contractors were only concerned with getting it done fast so they can move on to the next job. The CertaPro contact was not very helpful either.
