It’s been a few years since I ate at a Dairy Queen. I am sad to say this location is a huge let down. Service was really bad! Won’t be back!

This is my go to ice cream place when banana split and dairy delite are closed in Aurora. I always get the peanut buttercup blizzard. And i always bring 2 – 3 dollars for tip. They earned it.

Woohoo! Jurassic Park blizzards! BE FOREWARNED, they DO NOT come in the cool, black Jurassic Park cup like in the commercials! This wasn’t the end of the world for me but for a child I could see that being a deal-​breaker.
The Blizzard itself was AMAZING! I can’t believe no one has thought to combine cookie dough and peanut butter sooner!
The college-​aged guy at the counter was friendly, quick, and DID serve my ice cream to be upside-​down, as promised :)
PS: This location has VEEEEERY LIMITED food items! No burgers, no chicken strips. You have been warned.

It is what it is dairy queen not great. I went here a few times and every time my blizzard just doesn’t taste right not bad just funny. I would prefer to go to anther Ice cream place there are 2 within 5 min

I’m only giving it 2 Stars cause it stands for (Meh. I’ve experienced better). My kids and I go here every Friday, after our Pizza and Movie Night. This past Friday (4/27.2012) was nothing like we’ve experienced before. My son’s blizard was chunks of oreo’s not mixed at all in the ice cream. The main problem was the cones my daughter and I got, they normally have the nice layers, what Dairy queen is known for, Unfortunately are’s were straight up and was hard to keep the ice cream from failing off.
I’m pretty sure, this is store is under new management and it’s not looking good. If this Friday produces the same experience we will be going somewhere else.

Dairy Queen is a franchise so you can expect the quality to be about the same here as it every other dairy queen. Unfortunately the quality here is inconsistent and sometimes the product you want is unavailable or is not as you would expect it for example the dipped Cone did not come out well dipped. One additional drawback of this location is the seating it is sparse. We go here because it is close to home. For a higher quality ice cream treat ride East to Route 59 and go to Oberweis.

We enjoy this Dairy Queen, maybe a little too much. Blizards and Dilly bars are right around the corner! Fast friendly service and yummy ice cream, can’t beat that!
