Discount Tire Store – Aurora, CO

I been to plenty of discount tires. None offer the level of customer service offered here. I was seriously amazed. So amazed in fact, I decided to write a review. Who writes a review for a tire shop? Great customer service!

Awesome tire store. The day before the last major snow storm came in, they got my wife’s car in that same day with no appointment. Great service, they’ll be our tire store from now on.

Epic fail on Discount tire part. I Was advised to drop off the car at 9am and it would be ready by noon. As I had not heard from the shop I called at 12:45pm. I was advised the car was dead and they had not done the snow tires. After going to the shop and jumping the car it was discovered they never shut off the ignition (Prius) when they checked in the car (mileage and tire size) that morning. What was worse. No help with getting it started or offering a solution to there mistake won’t be using this shop. ****** Quick update 11÷21÷15. Robert with Discount tire mgmt Called. We reviewed the issues and they took full responsibility. Discount tire is committed to providing the best customer service possible. They took care of the issue and offered a resolution that was more than adequate. I’m very pleased with Robert and the Discount tire they have more than earned a 2^nd chance for my business.

Just worked with Ryan to get a fresh set of snows on the car (11/​18/​2015) and he went above and beyond in every way imaginable. It was a fantastic experience, even more positive than previous visits. Kudos to this location and especially Ryan and his staff for taking care of me and my car. Highly recommend!

My family has been going to this discount tire for years because, honestly, it was the best tire shop we’ve found. However, my latest experience was, though not horrible, a little frustrating. I paid $ 40 to have them swap my winter tires out on my wheels and found out the next day that they didn’t rotate the tires correctly after checking the tread. They put the previous two front tires (indicated by the 7 tread versus 10 tread rating) on the left side and the rear tires on the right. It doesn’t take that long to check tread depth before installing a tire. I was a little surprised this wasn’t done.
My pressure sensor light also came on after driving away and when I came back to have them check, they simply reset the pressure sensor on the car without double-​checking the tire pressure.
The people here are friendly and they’ve always been great, but this last service was a little under par to what we’ve been used to.

This review is a little overdue, but better late than never. This place is so great. I was driving on 470 when my tire pressure light came on and I was so scared I ran over something and was going to get a flat, so I quickly got off and pulled into Southlands. Discount tires had already closed but they had fairly bright lights outside their building that I decided to use to scope out my tires. I was maybe out there for 2 minutes before a gentleman inside closing up the store spotted me. He and another guy came out & opened up the doors and let me back my car in so they could check all the tires pressure and make sure my car was safe to drive. They did not have to do that!!! It was so nice and I am very, very grateful! I will definitely give my business anytime I can!!!

So far WE have been very happy with them.
It has been seven years and our family gets good service, and kind staff. The only thing is sometimes they have a bit of a wait. I think big o is loosing business, as is golden auto, truly I could carel less. They have not ever tried to gouge me. So come here and see for yourself.
As for those with complaints, maybe they had to get the wheels from another shop. Sometimes they run out too.
Pay it forward send them a PIZZA, THEY WORK HARD TOO AND IN ALL TEMPERATURES.

What can I say about Discount Tires. They are first class all the way. Rob their manager is awesome. I had a issue with some tires they actually cared about my opinion and they took care me. We Will be doing business for years to come.

These guys are the epitome of great service. Rob has gone above and beyond for our needs. He has happily resolved any issues we have had and gone out of his way to make us happy. We will always get our tires from this Discount Tire and from Rob.

These guys are totally awesome. Found this place a few years ago and the Mgt Rob is the reason we take all 3 cars there. They take care of us. They alway bend over to keep us on our tires. they dont cheat and try to suck money from you. No matter the tire or the problem, they handle.

Went for the first time to get a flat tire fixed… shout out to the new construction around my home. My tires are not from Discount, but the fixed the flat… for free! Guess where I am going next? Discount Tire. And guess what? I have a new slow leak from the new construction.

I need to buy tired for my truck because the ones I had on it were not going to make it to the winter. I went to this discount tire because they were having a «tent sale» minus the tent and when you bought 4 tires you got a 100 rebate. The tires were already lower then when I priced them at sams club so 100 bucks less because for the rebate was just icing on the cake. I told them I wanted semi off-​road tires that would be good in the slow and I wanted minimal to no road noise. The man helping me told me which tires would be the best and we went over pricing and brands.
We went in on a Saturday so they were pretty busy since it was the weekend and they were having the sale so I just dropped my car off. They even offered to have someone drive me to the grocery store when I told them that was where I would be going while I was waiting. They called before they put the tires on and asked if I wanted white or black letters on the outside and then called me again when the truck was done.
The only complaint that I have is that when I got in my truck to leave my tire pressure light was on so I walked back inside and they told me that it was normal and that it would go away. I’ve never gotten tires put on the truck before so I was unaware of this and I would have been nice if someone had let me know before hand.

I have bought over 4 sets of tires from these guys and every time I come here I get great and professional service. When I think of tires I think of this place first!

Excellent service. They fixed a mistake at no expectation of charging me and were very professional. Highly recommended!

About as good as it gets… fast, professional and fairly reasonably priced… Lost a star as really felt like a number… i mean really.
