They get the orders wrong all the time here, probably because they have the worlds WORST drive thru speaker ever. Seriously it’s terrible! They are also kinda rude-the girls stand around talking.

The slaughtering this Dunkin location has received is a prime example of choosing passive aggressive Unilocal reviews over actually just asking the manager to fix a problem. I, bare minimum, get coffee from this Dunkin not quite every day, but close to it. The people there are always pleasant, and quality is typically consistent. If it’s not, they’re more than happy to fix anything that’s wrong, and often give you something additional for your trouble. It’s a Dunkin, it’s not going to change your life, but at least you know what you’re getting yourself into.

I went here after a little hiatus this morning because of convenience. I always order a hazelnut latte. Today it wasn’t too bad, but like all the rest of the reviews here, I concur. Sometimes they get it right, sometimes it tastes awful and I end up throwing it away. I will say, I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad Coffee Coolatta from here. I think it’s safe to say, if you want to buy ice cream by the quart, that’s safe, too. There have been plenty of times in peak rush our and they don’t have a lot of donuts ready to go and a lot of times, the ones they give you are stale. Even though I live right by this location, I’ve driven out of my way to the next 2 closest locations to avoid this one. The staff have always been friendly. The manager, on the other hand, seems a little angry. I’ve seen him be snappy to the staff on more than one location. To the point where, when I drive away, I’m feeling bad for the staff. They probably don’t make enough to be talked to like that, you know?

I don’t usually do reviews of big chains but I had to for this one. They suck! If it’s not first thing in the morning they only have like 5 donuts to choose from. And they are all stale as most of my jokes. The people here are rude too. There is no reason to go here, they act like they are doing you a favor. Never again!

Coffee is decent, rather inconsistent in the quality, one day it is the best the next u find yourself just throwing it away. They are pretty quick through the drive up however a hello or smile might just kill them.

I have been going to the DD on and off since they opened. It is a small café type DD store, which basically means they aren’t open as many hours as a normal store. There were some issues when they first opened, but they have become more consistent. Their iced coffee is pretty good as long as you go there after the morning shift has ended. The morning people can’t seem to get an iced coffee right, while the PM people do a great job. I don’t know if I will be a preferred stop any longer. I got to the bottom of an iced coffee and I found a fly. Maybe I just shouldn’t order iced coffee in the morning any longer. The coffee wasn’t that old and I can’t explain how an insect got in the cup without being in there when the drink was poured. I appreciate the added protein DD included in this drink, but next time I will get that extra boost in another form.

Dingy & small — not your shining example of a Dunkin Donuts.

Warm-ish bagels(Even after they toast them! How this is possible, I know not…), warm-ish coffee, stone cold donuts, decent customer service. Worth the drive to Eola Rd to get Dunkin Donuts — keep driving, do not stop here!

This specific Dunkin Donuts turned me off of Dunkin Donuts FOREVER! About 12 years ago, before Unilocal and the internet(j/k) I drove up to the drive through window and witnessed an employee drop a donut on the floor, then, nonchalantly, she bent over, picked it up, and tossed it back into one of the bins. I drove off and have never looked back. Probably saved my life. LOL. Saving 10 cents cost them a customer for life.
