Business was started by a former Kraft Foods executive, who spent much of their time working with other senior managers, building their leadership skills, creating strategy for their business units, and creating communication plans to keep employees aware of the business.

Dr. Robin J.

Business Owner

I am an experienced Organization Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and Change Management professional with more than twenty-​two years of experience in a variety of industries/​environments, including: Pharmaceuticals, Food, Retail, Non-​Profit and Printing. At the heart of it, I am a change agent, with a passion for moving organizations from where they are currently to where they need to be.

I am skilled in cultivating persuasive change by helping leaders visualize, understand and accomplish their goals. I have managed large-​scale leadership development and change management initiatives, conducted change impact/​readiness assessments and I teach leaders how to have focused conversations with their own employees, which has been proven to improve work performance.
