I came here looking for some jeans and the staff was constantly giving me suggestions, and helping me figure out what jeans looked the best. The day I came, the entire store was 50% off. The store has a good selection of both men and women’s clothing, and also random accessories that you may need. Definitely coming back soon!

I wasn’t really impressed after visiting this Guess store this weekend. The majority of the clothes available had the Guess logo or name very prominently displayed on the clothing item. This isn’t seventh grade; it’s not cool to parade the brand name as a status symbol, right? Right?! Guess is still in business, so I suppose they’re catering to a demographic that is adult and really cares about showing off the brand name(even a brand name like Guess that isn’t particularly important). I think the items here just aren’t my style at all; I didn’t find anything even vaguely business casual. The one pair of shorts I found I liked(salmon color and a knit belt) had a weird cut where you can practically see my butt. Not cool, Guess!(They weren’t high-waisted either.) The fitting room situation was pretty confusing and it was crowded. Even though there were so many people waiting to go try on items in the stalls, one of the employees was kind of pushy, insisting on retrieving items from the stall in between one by one(and laboriously finding the proper hanger for each item and hanging up each item while still in the stall that could have been used by waiting patrons). The employees also volunteered to retrieve items in different sizes for people, offered advice, etc. which REALLY held up the line. They also insisted on people only trying six items at once while still allowing people to hang their additional items outside of the door and try them on after they finished the maximum six. I heard an employee tell a woman that, while trying things on, she should drape the items she doesn’t want over the door so they could be put away before she was even done. Despite all of this, I did leave feeling like it was all worth it because my boyfriend found an awesome pair of black jeans.(Lucky him that the pair that didn’t have a broken belt loop fit better.) The store was also pretty clean and well-maintained. But, as I said, it’s just not my style and I would also rather have a calmer shopping experience.

Rosa and jill were very rude and unprofessional verbally. After many years shopping at this guess outlet, I will never ever ever shop at this guess outlet again!!!

This little store in the Aurora Outlet Mall is so underrated — hidden inside are much better deals than you’ll find at the Guess clothing outlet! I bought a pair of embellished black flip flips for $ 20 and a necklace for $ 10. They also have significant markdowns on purses, wallets, watches, and their more fancy shoes. As an added bonus, this store is much smaller than the Guess clothing outlet, so it’s easy to do a once-over and hone in on anything that looks cute.
