I called their hotline to schedule an appointment five days in advance. I even called 15 minutes prior to the appointment, just to make sure.
When I finally got to the office, it was CLOSED. Yep, closed. No phone calls, no reschedule, nothing.
If this is the kind of attention they give to potential customers, I just wonder the treatment they give to people who paid them already. Watch out!
