McDonald’s

This is the worst service ever at a mcdonalds, there is no customer service, and the managers are even worst, so the screwed my order she asked the receipt which of course I was at home and tossed it out, I literally had just been there 5 min ago, I told her they messed up my order they forgot my sausage patties, with a order of hotcakes, I said I want either another order or my money back with another warm order. She said no I can give u the order after u bring me back the pancakes, she even said she remembered my order but needed the receipt because she needed the order number, I said if u remember my order why would u make me bring u the order a day receipt just put my order and I’ll pick it up tomorrow as it was 1am and I’ll just wanted to go to bed, I decided to give my hotcakes with no sausage to my son. She never said sorry for your inconvenience I’ll take care of it, just really rude and started to laugh on to her phone as I told her she acts as if she owned the restaurant, point is they messed up and beyond the rudeness, never compisated me as a customer that left unsatisfied. I will NEVER order from here again. She was latina and rude, and I’m latina myself, so it’s not racist but they need to hire professional people, like starbucks to represent this company well. Regardless if it’s a franchise or not it’s really bad when people represent a huge corporation like McDonald and they mess up your order and make it hard for you to get it corrected. I will be calling my bank to dispute this charge, not because of the money but just to get my satisfaction that they didn’t get to keep my money when my service was completely horrible. Horrible service…*****

Always giving out the wrong orders especially now that they have two lanes for the drive thru. Once I was charged for the wrong order and another time I was asked to wait for my order and was first given the wrong one and then once they went to go replace it they forgot one of my burgers.

If a mcds had a trophy for the people with the most attitude, wrong orders all the time, it goes to this one. I try to avoid this mcds because there’s always something wrong with the order or the employees give you major attitude

Least favorite McDonald’s in town. This is the closest one to my house, therefore I usually tend to go to this one and let me just tell you that the service here sucks! At least 50−60% of the time they mess something up on my order. Whether they forget the fries, the sauce, the straws or the food is cold; most of the time something is wrong! The lines are way too long and the service sucks.

I love this place because it’s my pre-​game afternoon black coffee rush! It’s very close to the high school and has a ton of young employees! Right next to a Walgreen’s, too!

They got our coffee order incorrect. How do you take a 8 cream /​8 sugar and 7 cream /​7 sugar, and turn it into a ⁶⁄₆ and ¹⁄₁?
