I don’t often post negative comments but I tried this place three times and I’m done, three strikes you’re out of my book. Now you may be asking why i I kept going back? Two reasons, the location is good, it’s near the Target on Gartrell and I thought anyone could have a bad employee or two right? First time my pedi looked great but my toes were cut in several spots, they actually hurt, and the technician was very rough. Ignoring this bad tech I went back a second time. I got a technician who shared all her drama with me, single parent, boyfriend problems, run-ins with the law etc. I work in a high school and I get enough drama there thank you. For $ 25.00 I know I’m not getting a spa experience but enough already! The third time was yesterday afternoon. I hadn’t been there in months, probably a year, had to shop at Target and was meeting some friends for happy hour near by so I thought, third times a charm. Again with the cuticle cuts, technician was rough, they made a big deal about my «runners toes» and the polish would not dry. The owner tried to blame it on my ESSIE polish but it was obvious the technician didn’t clean the wax off my toes before she polished them. Second time the polish stayed put but I felt insulted. Between them making fun of my toes, blaming my ESSIE polish and my toes still smarting this morning just want to say don’t go here!

Rude, dirty and gross. The young girl who did my nails acted like she couldn’t understand what I was asking for. When she was done, she just walked away so I wasn’t sure if I should wait or go over to the nail drying table. I had to ask her to put on a top coat and she just laughed like an idiot. I’d stay away from here and go across the street(near Grease Monkey) or head over to Sweet and Sassy nails near Chickfila on Smoky Hill. That is my usual place but they had an hour plus wait.
