These guys are awesome. Called Friday and had them come on a Tuesday, so very quick repair time. Friendly lady on the phone and the technician was very nice too. The job they did was outstanding and I couldn’t even tell where the repair was needed after I looked at the work. Would highly recommend.

Wow, what great service for some quick carpet stretching! Scheduled for next day, got the call 20 minutes before arrival and Jerry was wonderful. He even found and fixed an extra wrinkle in another part of the room I hadn’t noticed. All for $ 100 — what a deal!

Called these guys to repair a small bit of carpet damage. They repaired it in one trip for less then what I expected to pay. They were also very professional, vacuuming up the area of any stray carpet fibers before leaving. Hopefully I won’t have any other carpet damage any time soon, but if I do they are who I will call. Thank you!

I needed the carpet stretched in my home and chose Nip and Tuck based off the other Unilocal reviews. Roman showed up right on time. He worked efficiently, and the carpet looks great. Even more impressive — he pointed out that the stair case was still in good shape (I was on the fence) and suggested doing the landing, saving me a good chunk of money. I would definitely use them again.

They were great to work with. I chose this company after seeing other Unilocal reviews. Renee quickly set up my appointment, provided a reminder and on the day of service kept me updated on his eta. He was a little outside of my window but he was able to complete the work quickly. Final price was under my quote and they provide a guarantee on their work. Overall great service and glad to finally repair the issue from my puppy.

I had a 6″ by 2″ strip of carpet damaged by our cat who had chosen that spot to scratch. I found Nip & Tuck from a coworker’s suggestion and they were also recommended by my real estate agent who uses them for repairs in her rental properties. They came the next business day — and were on time (actually they were early, but checked with me first to make sure that would be OK). They discussed various options for repair and we ended up deciding on stretching the carpet in another room to obtain enough extra carpet to patch the damaged area. The repaired spot looks fantastic! It is not noticeable at all. I had no idea such a seamless repair was even possible. All of this took about 30 minutes, and they charged me less than the originally quoted price on the phone quote. I am thrilled with the results and will definitely call these guys again if I ever need carpet repair or stretching.

These guys do a great job with repairing carpet! They have done a lot of work for us including carpet stretching, patches and small installations and we have been very satisfied on every job! Furthermore, they are really nice people who you can trust in your home and also trust that they will do a good job for you.

We recently had Andrew from nip & tuck stretch our carpet in our family room. He showed up about 10 minutes before his hour window ended and proceeded to rush through the job. Instead of using a stretcher that uses the walls as support to stretch the carpet, he used a stretcher that should only be used in mobile homes. That stretcher pokes holes in the carpet and essentially damaged our carpet. The edges where the carpet comes in contact with our hardwood floors was cut sloppy and looks worse than before he started. I would have called to complain, but I don’t want them to make it worse. They were the cheapest, now I know why.

After calling a couple of places to compare cost, I scheduled an appointment with this company to stretch the living room carpet. On the phone, since they are located in Aurora, I was told it would be a $ 150 minimum to provide service in my location (the other place I called said the same thing). I was given a two hour window for when the tech would arrive and of course, he barely made the time. After taking measurements, I was quoted and subsequently charged less than the initial quote. (It’s .39 cents per square foot).
Living in a secure building, I have to meet guests outside to let him in-​he only brought his tablet and tape measure the first trip up, so we made a second trip outside so he could get his tools. Then, when nails were not sufficient, he needed to use screws, but did not have any drill bits and had to leave for the store to purchase them; upon return, I went downtown stairs to let him in a third time. Then, he needed to return to his truck for more tools; this time I asked him to make this the last trip.
Good price. Good result. Unprepared.

These guys were great! They worked with my schedule and arrived when they said they would. The repair was top notch and I cold not tell that section of the carpet was ever damaged. Their rates are very reasonable also. I would highly recommend Nip & Tuck to anyone looking to have their carpet repaired.

The guy showed up early but the work done was ok not great. Kinda disappointed as all the reviews raved about them. I would prolly try someone else next time.

I’ve never done this, I haven’t used this company and well I probably won’t. This review is based solely on a phone conversation. I requested a quote on their website and received a phone call within 5 minutes, after explaining to the helpful and very friendly lady on the other end we discussed my options. Although I had to go with someone else in the end the amount of professionalism, knowledge and customer care is well deserved of this Unilocaler’s 5 stars.

I gave Andrew a call about some carpet my Husky had dug up in my bedroom. She had been locked in there and in an attempt to get out just savaged the room. She knocked down blinds, ate wholes out of my bed, and dug up the carpet right by the door.
Originally, the quote they gave me was $ 120. I described it to them over the phone, and told them the rip was short width wise but length wise was about 30-​inches. So the quote resembled that. We set up an appointment and they told me they would be here between 2:00pm-4:00pm, I believe. So, naturally, I expected them here at a little past 4. They were her at 2:00 on the dot.
2 young men came in and took a look at the damage. They said, «since the damage is larger than we thought it was, and she ripped the padding you are looking at $ 150.» Which made sense to me, because the whole was 30-​inches like I told them, but she did rip up some more carpet to the side that I hadn’t quiet noticed, and I didn’t say anything about the padding as I didn’t notice that either. (Note: I was in the room with them for the inspection so I can assure you they did not rip it up).
I agreed to the quote, and they got to work. I had spare carpet they could use, and they used it all — which is fine. The repair took them about an hour to finish and they did an outstanding job. I would give it a ⁹⁄₁₀ jus because if you walk by where the new padding is you can feel it is slightly lifted, though I am sure if you don’t know it was damaged to begin with, you wouldn’t think twice about it. The carpet repair itself is as seamless as can be, they only difference is that the new carpet is, well, new. So naturally it looks cleaner, but with the wear and tear of everyday life it has begun to blend in.
They did the work on a rental apartment in Cherry Creek, and they were polite, helpful, and did an outstanding job. I will definitely give them a call next time I need something done.
Note: I had them look at a small burn hole in the carpet, they said it would be about $ 30 to fix that, but that to be honest they could barely even see it so they didn’t repair it. I appreciated them not trying to hustle me out of another $ 30. They did note, though, that if I did want to do it now was a good time because they have a minimum of $ 100 repair to do an outcall. So, if you have something less than that, I am not sure if/​how they go about repairing it… hefty tip, maybe?
Bottom line is they are great people to work with, they are honest, and they do a good job. If you need a repair done, this are your guys!
