Optimum Networking

I’ve worked with Optimum Networking for a few years, with two different nonprofit companies, and have to say they have been professional, supportive, and timely with every need we’ve had. Their support staff are knowledgeable and helpful, they have more than enough technical proficiency to deal with any issues we might have, and they have more than once gone to extra efforts to make sure our needs are met.
I’m a particular fan of their cloud-​based system, which is a great replacement for owning servers and storage capacity. All of our data is backed up and secure, and it’s one less aspect of running a business for us to have to own and worry about.
This is a company that really does care about our business, and how they can support it. I don’t make recommendations without careful consideration, since someone out there may make a decision based on these online reviews. Optimum Networking is a company that is a valuable business partner, and whose services are a critical part of our business model.

Garvin’s hired Optimum over two years ago. We previously had never used an IT company. We had a family friend who «managed» our IT, which included showing up afterhours (after his day job) to run updates on our server. Long story short: our server crashed and we lost our backup– not that it mattered, the back up tapes we had didn’t actually have any data. It was a nightmare!
Optimum was like a knight in shining armor! They gave us recommendations BASED ON OUR NEEDS and what we were using. They gave us pricing for a variety of options. They gave us a dedicated on-​site technician (we LOVE you, Scott), and they have a phone number for us to call anytime we have IT issues. This is all included in a simple, affordable monthly plan fee (this makes budgeting simple). If we have after hour calls, the pricing is fair and accurate.
