Park Place at Expo

Bugs… I love that you have to completely clear out the kitchen, closet, and bathroom, twice a month so they can ‘spray’ for roaches they may just be laying traps in the places they live but either way it draws them out into the living spaces and they bite. Every time they spray they leave the refrigerator shoved into the kitchen so you can’t use it and as a single female I can’t put it back. It is incredibly itchy they will burrow in clothes on the floor and bite you all day too. Turn over here is crazy people regularly get of out the lease break fee because the bugs destroy furniture. There is children every where all the time I guess there is enough of them that it doesn’t matter if any go missing. Make sure you dogs are fully vaccinated before bringing them here I’ve never seen any one pick up dog poop. That’s when the dogs poop outside not on the third floor hall way. People smoke inside and in the hall ways. I feel bad for the lady who cleans the buildings. Parking lot is an ice rink in the winter no one knows how to park. I would not call it safe for your vehicle, self, items.
And prices are going up!
This is another one that doesn’t deserve a star at all. Cheapest in this small area but you don’t even get what you pay for.

dont move here. worst experience ever. for the last three months i lived with open sores all over my body from all the bed bug bites. we had to throw away over $ 3000 worth of furniture. our furniture was not even a year old yet. office is full of liers. they said they didn’t have a bug problem when we moved in. don’t trust the management. this place deserves a 0 rating but thats not an option
