Now Open! Located in Centennial, Colorado, Peakview Assisted Living and Memory Care will offer premium apartment homes and services in assisted living and Dementia/​Memory Care. The brand new community will have month-​to-​month rental pricing instead of expensive buy-​in fees. Peakview is scheduled to open in the spring of 2015 and is already taking reservations. Peakview Assisted Living and Memory Care will offer spacious studio, one and two bedroom apartments. The community will also offer many on-​site activities, daily exercise, weekly entertainment, weekly religious services and more. The monthly rental includes chef prepared meals, all amenities, transportation and housekeeping.
