BUYER BEWARE! COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.
I was a smoker for 20 years and decided to give e-​cigs a try. After reading the review on Unilocal,I gave these guys a try.
The shop was clean and the nice young lady working there was informative, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring about what I was looking for and recommended a Kangertech Subox Mini ($ 95 at tier store, $ 20 cheaper at their other competitors). Since she was so helpful, I purchased the unit and a couple 30ml bottles of juice I was able to try. I left overall pleased with my experience and stopped in for coils and some more juice over the next week and a half. That’s the end of my positive experience.
After exactly 19 days, my unit stopped charging. It would display that it was charging, but the unit would not work when plugged in either. I purchased another battery and plugged that one in. I charged the unit overnight and it showed it was charging. I unplugged the unit and the battery was dead.
I live about 20 minutes away, but I went down to the store with my receipt in hand. I figured they were so nice when I bought the unit. I was mistaken.
I walked in and the guy that greeted me at the counter (I never had seen him in there before) was intially polite. That is, until he heard I had a problem. He asked to see the unit and after I handed it to him, he plugged it in and smugly said «looks like it’s charging to me». Once I told him to try turning the unit on, he got to see my issue and asked for my receipt. After I handed it to him, he did his best Office Space impression by saying «Yeah.. .. . so, it’s past the 7 day return period, so you are out of luck. It still vapes, so it works to me. I can sell you a different unit or an external charger»
I HAD THE UNIT FOR EXACTLY 20 DAYS!
His response:
«Yeah.. .. . well, if you read your receipt, you would see that there are no returns after 7 days. I’m sorry»
When I told him that all his competitors offer 30 day warranties he shrugged and stated that it was his ownership’s policy and all he could do is either sell me a new unit or take $ 2.00 of a battery charger. I asked about Kanger’s 6 month return policy and he said that was my responsibility and he could not help.
I got immediately suspicious of a company that refuses to stand behind their products and was wondering if they were selling cheap knockoff units. Luckly, I checked my unit with Kanger and it IS authentic and I am dealing with them on a replacement.
Bottom Line, the guy was a real A$$. Couple that with a company that refuses to stand behind their product or even assist a steady customer with an issue.
I just can’t support that, so I will shop elsewhere and I will be sure to tell the 6 others I sent there to do the same.

I do wish they had more premium juice tho since ive switched I cannot buy the juice i want here :-/

This store helped me quit I owe alot to these guys the juice is amazing the mods and mech mods are the best the employees are great the help any way they can the owners have phenomenal stories of how they used vaping to quit the disgusting habit of cigarettes

I came in because this place is close to my house. I decided to shop here because Nick, Kenny, and Richard were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them, especially if you are a first timer and have no idea what you are doing, like me.

I liked this place. You could tell the employees cared about the shop and about the experience. They had a decent selection of mods, batteries and tanks and they had a lot of juices.
I was disappointed when they didn’t know where they got their clones from and that they only carried their own brand of juice.
The service was good, the atmosphere was a tad lacking for my taste (no music?).

I was a little frantic when I walked in, and they greeted me kindly. I forgot my vape at home (I am originally from Illinois). The shop is set up a little weird. I don’t really understand the whole black, velvety line dividers in the middle of the store. It’s extremely odd. They wanted to charge me an arm and a leg ($ 50) for a glass tank and battery. They tried talking me out the glass tank and wanted to sell me a plastic tank. I have a glass tank at home. I like the way it makes my oil taste. I had bad experiences with plastic tanks. I was a little irritated that they were trying to talk me out of something that I knew I wanted. I won’t go back. The people and place were just very odd. If you work there and are reading this… Sorry. Not impressed.

First impression is a very nice store. However, the selection of equipment is mostly clones or cheap China made stuff (see other reviews for confirmation of this). The Juices they sell are ‘house’ blends and although decent, they lack the flavor and complexity of true ‘Premium’ blends. As an expert vaper, I look for stores that provide KNOWN premium juice brands, authentic mods and attys, as well as a knowledgeable staff. Perfect Alternatives gets 1 out of 3 of these categories. Pricing is the main issue with most people and Perfect Alternatives is on the pricey side for what they are selling. Stores that try and carry only house juices are destined to fail. I’ll keep looking…

I was ALL about this place when I first went. The atmosphere is clean, friendly, and very relaxed. I first went to Perfect Alternatives about a month ago after hearing about it from a family member. I have been a smoker for 15 years and had dabbled with e-​cigs when they were first becoming popular a few years ago. However, the earlier models of the e-​cigs were very lacking. I decided to give it another try.
Per their suggestions, I purchased the Vision Spinner set – it came with the battery, tank, a couple extra coils, and a carrying case. I also dropped some extra cash in order to purchase an additional battery and tank. I also walked away with a few 10ml bottles of their most popular juices.
Two weeks later, my secondary tank began leaving a burnt taste. I thought it probably just needed the coil to be replaced, so I did. However, the next day. same thing. I brought the tank into the store and they too believed it was a malfunctioning coil. They replaced it and it worked great… while I was in the store. About three hours later, the burnt taste was back. I went back to the store the next day and, as luck would have it, it began working fine. I explained multiple times that the burnt taste had been coming and going for the last four days regardless of the replacement of coils. I simply got a shoulder shrug and «well it works now». Obviously within 15 minutes of leaving the store the burnt taste came back.
As this was my secondary tank, I decided to chalk it up as a loss and solely use my primary tank which came with the set. However, within four more days this tank began falling apart. It began with the plastic tube, which holds the juice, separating a bit from the metal ring which screws into the coil. A friend, who owned the same model (per my suggestion… oops!), said she had been having the same problem and took hers into the store. They had told her that this was a typical problem and it needed to be snapped back in. I had to do this several times and eventually the coil had problems even screwing into the metal piece. Within a few days, the ENTIRE tank broke off. I would take it back to the store; however, if my previous trip was any indicator I expect I would probably receive a shoulder shrug and not much else.
I’ve had other issues with this Vision Spinner e-​cig (juices leaking and the battery failing to contact with the coil), each time I go into the store to discuss the issues… I am told these issues are «typical» and am given some MacGyver instructions to fix it. I have the impression that, at least this model, of e-​cig is known to have a variety of issues and believe if that’s the case then Perfect Alternatives shouldn’t suggest them to their customers or sell them in their stores.
I plan to continue to give e-​cigs a try but use a different model and a more customer service centered store.

Thanks to Unilocal I found this place. I have been looking at getting a good e-​cig for awhile with little to no nicotine to kick the habit. Didn’t know who to trust and saw so many great reviews… and very close to my house… BONUS!!!
Very cool setup inside which you would never know from the rest of the plaza.
I worked with Nick to purchase my current unit which did not break the bank at $ 50. Nick was very knowledgable and gave me tips on cleaning/​maintenance and the different models available (I wasn’t looking for anything fancy just something that would work), and I got to sample their many great flavors. So far I am a very happy camper.
Friendly atmosphere and amazing staff. I felt very comfortable here. I will definitely be back.

Found this place based of all the good reviews on Unilocal.Went in for the first time and got a chance to meet the owner. These guys know their stuff, and they’re dedicated to providing helpful, knowledgeable information regarding all their products they carry and the health benefits of smoking cessation. All the staff were friendly and more than happy to meet customers satisfactions and needs.
Went in a second time to replace a broken VAP, and Richard answered all the questions I had for him and then some. Will definitely keep coming back.

Staff is super friendly and willing to answer any questions you have. Juice here is really good compared to others in town.

Perfect Alternatives is a great shop in a great location with a great staff. Richard was terrific and took his time to explain everything to me as a new member of the movement.
The shop is clean, staff is friendly and knowledgable, prices are good and there is no pressure to buy. I was able to try a lot of flavors and all were good.
I will definitely be back. Here’s to quitting smoking for good!

HUGE ups to Tim the owner. He was the #1 reason why I decided to buy my first Ecig. after visiting countless vape shops across Denver and Aurora I walked into Perfect Alternatives on Thursday 3 – 20 for info on my first Ecig to be purchased. After talking to Tim for about 30 minutes I found I had a whole new knowledge on my soon to be new purchase. I returned the next day and bought my new X6. The customer service is second to none and they have the best flavors I tested across the metro area. They have earned a customer for life.

This place has great flavors for vapes and awesome friendly customer service. The place is clean and did I mention the flavors are great and more flavors are coming in. If you are into vapes come in check them out you will not be disappointed.

Nice place. Friendly, not pushy, staff/​owner?. Some nice flavors, had me try everything. Picked up some mudslide which tastes like coffee candies. Everything was priced well. If it was closer to denver it would be my choice.

Really nice product. Good costumer service. Five STARS when they open a store in the northwest part of town.

I went into a few other vape stores and left right away. Non of them had a good feel to them… Glad I stumbled into this one. They opened down the street from me so I figured why not. I was presently surprised, the guys there were super friendly and spent a good amount of time with me dialing in exactly what I needed!!! I was hesitant to try again but it has been over a week and I have not smoked!!! I really think its because they helped me find the right juice and prepped me on what to expect! I will be going back the second I run out of juice! THANKS GUYS!!!
