I’ve stopped by this location on several occasions. It’s so inconsistent; one time you get hot juicy chicken, next time it’s lukewarm and dry as toast. The $ 5 box drew me in again and that was a good value. This week I got a 3-piece strips«meal» with bad cold slaw and a biscuit for $ 8.99 WAYOVERPRICED. Back to KFC for me.

The po boy shrimp and spicy chicken hit the spot for this hungry traveling girl yesterday and it didn’t stop there! The sides were good to boot! I’m not even going to talk about the buttery biscuit that I had to give away because it was too good! Mmm, mmm, mmm!!! Ok I ordered the apple pie too! Yes I was a fatty put down the fork because my eyes and spidy sensors were taking over! Ugg!!! I’m glad we don’t have you guys in town! I don’t eat fast food often but this was hitting the spot and it was good!!!

Great chicken(yes, better than KFC). This specific Popeye’s location is hidden inside a Travel America stop station/convenience store. It’s not a full fledged Popeye’s, but more of a mini-store with limited seating. I’ve been here a couple times because it’s the nearest Popeye’s to my home. The quality of the chicken is always spot on; never had a bad experience with the quality of food. The customer service is usually good; once again, never had a bad experience in that department neither. Nothing extraordinary in areas of quality of food or customer service to receive five stars, but I will definitely continue to visit here again.

Great place to stop while traveling down the road. In addition, I personally lover Popeye’s chicken. I know, I know but it goes back to the days in the military when that was the only hot food any where around.

The mashed potatoes were good. The chicken was hot and well done.
