I’ve never had a bad experience! I have received pink and white full set, waxing, and no chip with acrylic. I always feel like what I ask for is the main priority! Thank you for always meeting my expectations!

Go to Lena for a pedicure and you will not regret it!!! Most of the other nail techs are good too. I get the gel nails, because I have children, and they never disappoint!

Went on a Friday afternoon for a pedicure & didn’t have to wait at all! Friendly nail tech who didn’t push the upsell on me, which I appreciate, and my toes look great. Reasonable prices too, which always helps!

I get my nails done here frequently and they are always professional, polite and I leave pretty. They accept credit cards, provide bottled water, and really pamper me!

I recently moved to the neighborhood, so naturally the first thing I had to do was establish my go-to local services(a nail salon being high on my list). Professional Nails is right down the street from me, so off the bat I was thrilled with the convenience of the location. I walked in without an appointment looking to get a pedicure and no-chip manicure and was helped right away. When all was said and done I was pretty pleased! They had a great selection of colors to choose from, everything was clean and professional(as expected with a name like Professional Nails), prices were fair and my nails turned out great! Perks: Fabulous massaging chairs! I could have sat there forever. The technicians were fabulous and knew the names of a lot of the customers that were coming in — nice to know they have loyal returning customers who they appreciate! They have a full pedicure menu with different options which was nice. For those of you who are a no-chip kind of gal like myself, they offer it and do it well! Perfectly placed flat screen TV where I was able to relax and enjoy the Ellen Show while getting my pedi :) Room for improvement: Maybe a little more pampering? I really like to take advantage of my nail salon visits and I think I speak for everyone when I say who doesn’t like feeling relaxed and taking a time out from their day? I think a little more time could have been spent on the massages and treatments and being offered at least some water would have been nice. All in all, great local spot! I will definitely be back and hope they’ll get to know my name as a regular.

I am updating my previous review of Professional Nails as I AMNOLONGER A CUSTOMER. While Lena and Donna are awesome girls who do a great job, the manager Kelly does not appreciate loyal, long time customers who tip well and take the time to leave positive reviews on Unilocal. When I call to make an appointment and you act as if I’m putting you out, Houston, we have a problem. I understand that people sometimes have bad days, but this wasn’t the first time I received«attitude» from Kelly from out of the blue, but rest assured it was the last. The Lord giveth and the lord taketh away, baby. I DONOTRECOMMENDPROFESSIONALNAILSTOANYONE. I now go to a FABULOUS salon(AMERICAN #1NAILS) that doesn’t take my money or me for granted.

Ok, so I’ve tried going to this nail salon time and time again to see if my experience gets better. It’s the closest nail salon to my house, so why not? Maybe they were just having a bad day, I thought. Well, it never got better. For the prices they charge, they do a really crappy job! I have found so many other places that are cheaper and use much higher quality gel/acrylic supplies. The people who work at this place will give you attitude when you ask them to fix something. I’ve never had a nail tech give me such bad attitude at other nail salons, or at least the job was done right in the first place. Most recent example that prompted me to write this: When I had my acrylics filled here, the guy who did my nails first asked me «where did you get these done? They don’t look good.» And he went on about how the other place I went to did them wrong and even called one of the other nail techs over to inspect them. It was extremely awkward.(I thought they looked and held up better than what I ended up getting at this place, for the record.) I told them I didn’t remember the name of the other place, and they rolled their eyes at me and told me not to go back there. Ok. Sure. Then the guy was seriously going to leave my acrylics sharp, jagged, and unfiled after cutting and filling them. I’m not sure why he thought this was ok, they looked awful! He got the nail polish out and was starting to paint them when I became concerned and politely asked, «are you going to file them?» Well, my mistake, because he became extremely agitated and simply snapped at me, «they were like that before.»(And they definitely weren’t. At all.) I asked him that he please file them, and he got all huffy and rude. He filed my nails, grunting and mumbling to himself while being very rough with my hands. Jeez, sorry I said anything. The nails were still really sharp and uneven when I left, but I didn’t dare ask the guy to fix them because he became so shockingly angry at me earlier. I just filed them myself when I got home so I didn’t bring about another temper tantrum out of that guy. Of course, the part they filled turned yellow and chipped badly within one day, while the part that I had done at the other place stayed intact. Oh, the irony. This salon needs to look within before they criticize other nail places, I’m afraid.

This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. I have never written a review before but I was so upset I had to. I went in to get a mani pedi only to sit in wait in the water for almost 20 min for another nail tech to arrive. Had I known that I would of walked out to begin with. Then when he arrives he rushes me through so quickly he cuts the side of my toe and makes me bleed!!! He glues my skin together and continues to do my nails. Mind you my toe is stinging from the very ‘healthy’ glue holding my cut skin together and he cant even look up to say sorry. I canceled my mani and asked for the manager she said accidents happen and didnt offer a discount. I work as a waitress so I understand the customer service industry. I know people that look for freebies and I am just not one of them but if you screw up take steps to fix it. After my experience here, I felt like I did not matter. I am new here to this city and was trying this place for the first time. Needless to say, I will not go back. There was nothing spa-like to this pedicure. I suggest others do the same.

I regularly go here to get pedicures and am overall pretty happy. It’s a clean, pretty space and the technicians are professional and pleasant. My pedicure usually last at least a few weeks.

When you want your manicure to last longer than a week with no peeling and a nice hand and arm massage to boot, head to Professional Nails in Aurora! I love Lena! My pedi lasts for almost three weeks and I’m very happy with my manicures therefore this is the place to go to. They also have specials M-W on mani & pedi and you have the option to get different pedis included in the special therefore; you can not go wrong.
