Public Service Credit Union – Aurora Branch

I would never recommend this company. Their service is terrible, the worst I have ever experienced. I spent 1 hour and 11 minutes on the phone and they made it seem like I should have been thankful for fixing the problem they caused. Communication is extremely poor, service is terrible (I’ve never gotten through on the phone with less than a 10 minute wait) and their policies seem to be designed to cause frustration. Stay away from this credit t union!!!

The lack of customer service at this bank is absolutely infuriating. When I am inside (which I try to avoid at all costs) the tellers speak more to each other than to their customers as they slowly handle the transaction. The drive up window is even worse. I have a business account so I am there frequently — only ONE time has a teller been friendly, efficient and helpful. A few times, I sent the tube, waited fifteen minutes and finally got my receipt without a single acknowledgement. I try to be accommodating considering I have larger deposits (I do not come in on Mondays, Fridays, first and fifteenth of the month, during busy times like lunch hour, etc.) and I always separate the PSCU checks. I feel like I am the one trying to make THEM happy. To be honest, I dread having to go to the bank. I may have to switch banks unless I can figure out a way that I can do my banking without dealing with a single employee at this branch. Such a disappointment.

If I could give this branch a negative star I would. The people that work here must have missed the day customer service was explained. This branch is the closest to our house, so by default we go here. I avoid going inside as much as possible but every time my husband or I have gone in it has been a nightmare. Rude, rude, rude!
