Large, but not jam-packed and crowded like some thrift stores. Friendly staff, very polite. I can’t believe how much furniture they have(at reasonable prices). It must sell quickly, because every time I go in the selection has changed. St. Vincent stores vary widely, so each one has to be judged on its own. I like this one — worth going to a neighborhood I usually avoid!

This used to be my favorite thrift store. I stopped by a week ago and the place was DIRTY, UNORGANIZED, A HUGEDISAPPOINTMENT.

Ok, the secret is out: This place has a lot of bargains! My sister came with me today to shop; she’s an avid thrift shopper and said this location is by far, the cheapest in pricing she’s ever come across. The staff is friendly and helpful and love the fact that they have Jesus and Mary statues :) I bought some housewares, many newish art prints for 99 cents each. My sister bought 14 articles of clothing for $ 40.00 total. Mondays are ½ off on clothing and housewares but not furniture.

You can drop off donations at the store and they said they take just about anything that works. The drop off is at the back of the store, so don’t try and go through the front entrance. They will give you a receipt for your donation. I’ll be doing that instead of going to the for profit places like Good Will.

My first time here. Definitely would come back. Nice size place. Nice variety. The price is right. Make the stop.

If you’re at this thrift store on a lucky day, plan on seeing lots of J Crew cardigans for $ 3.99, some with their original tags. Lots of Talbots sportswear in every size, lots of Ralph Lauren, a bit of Gap — especially sweaters and t-shirts, a substantial amount of Coldwater Creek and Bebe, a good amount of H&M shirts, a leather and fabric Coach AUTHENTIC Coach purse for $ 3.99, and some interesting vintage pieces. Definitely worth a stop in if you’re in the area!

I had been going to St. Vincent’s for years, since the store opened. Because I sell online vintage clothing and evening gowns, I have spent 1000’s of dollars each year. I also purchase personal items for my home. Never had a complaint until a year ago, I purchased a loveseat. New assistant manager turned it on it’s side and proceed to push it across the bare floor without a dolly. He ended up shoving through the front door and breaking a bottom leg and damaging fabric. Had my suv ready at front door to pickup until I saw damage. This assistant in training was extremely rude and refused my money back, said I would have to take a store credit. I ended up having to call corporate because I paid on my credit card and the furniture piece never made it into my vehicle much less home. Store was liable for damage. Never had another problem with the assistant manager since then. Main store manager at time worked there for many years that I shopped and was awesome. Since that time the old manager left and a new manager was hired. She has been there for close to a year. Although I found her to be very unfriendly, I continued to shop there. When I would come in during the evening, she often reeked of alcohol. My last purchase was a couple of months ago. I purchased a robot vacuum for $ 80. I have fibromyalgia, so sometimes it is difficult for me to vacuum every day. I have had to have a robot vacuum for the past 5 years or so. My last one broke a few months before, so I was very excited to find this one because similar models run around 3 to 4 hundred dollars. My fault, I was in a hurry because I was already at the checkout… I turned it on to see if it powered up and it did. I neglected to run it across the floor. I got it home and it would run about 2 inches and stop no matter how long I charged. From my experience it needed a new battery which would have cost as much as the vacuum. To make a long story short, I tried to return it with the store manager. She was over the top rude acting like an irate customer, rather than a person in service. I ended up calling the police on her because of her irate behavior. I called corporate and spoke several times to the same guy that helped me with my sofa issue the prior year. He was great when I worked with him the year before. He was nice and polite this time when we were speaking on the phone regarding the issues with the vacuum and his current store manager. After speaking to him for almost a week, I had to go back to the store to meet him to pick up my refund check… they could have just refunded my credit card. When I met him at the store, he was totally different in demeanor. He was very cold and I got the distinct impression his manager fed him a line of bull, which he believed over his long time loyal customer. I asked him about it and with the same cold attitude, he said he was trying to keep an open mind. I had informed him of many issues that I have seen with this manager including the alcohol, not to mention behavior that would cause me to call police… and I got the impression that he would rather lose me as a customer than to take any action to discipline an employee on the rampage so to speak. I told him that I did not want to come to the store again when this person is working. He wouldn’t even give me the hours she wouldn’t be there. I left it with, then I can’t come back which seem to be fine… so never again!!!

Went to this thrift shop for the first time today. I was actually searching for Village Discount(this is right across the way from VD) but decided to stop in. The store is a little sketchy inside. Staff was not friendly and not easy to locate. I waited at the register for a good five minutes before somebody came to check me out. The selection is decent. It is not a huge store, but I found a couple good vintage sweaters for very reasonably priced that are in very good condition. That’s all that matters to me!
