Starbucks

often out of items on the menu. also, the staff isn’t the most professional at times, talk loudly to each other about things OTHER than work. not my favorite starbucks to go to, but it’ll do. and «it’ll do» shouldn’t be a review ANY starbucks wants to get.

Employees are louder then the customers. Nicole is the loudest out if all of them and intimidates one of the newer workers. Very put off buy her attitude and rudeness toward the new employee

If you’ve been to one Starbucks, you’ve been to them all. They sell overpriced coffee, tea, and other items to snack on. I have no other complaints. It’s a great company and I’ve never had a back service experience, even though the place seems to always be packed.

Of course, chain places– expect the usual.
But, what makes this Starbucks pretty cool is the abundance of outdoor seating, a decent amount of seating inside the shop, and the baristas I have encountered are pretty good.
Only problem, its Naperville/​Aurora. So, that means it’s always packed with people hanging out for extended periods of time. So if you’re trying to grab a quick coffee with a friend and its 20 degrees (like it is right now as I’m writing this review in my car waiting for my friend to come so we can have delicious seasonal coffee) you’re kinda shit out of luck.
Hopefully, there’s some seating when I get inside! Otherwise, pretty solid Starbucks. Has a drive thru and everything, woo! Enjoy.

Maybe next time I’ll come to the drive thru! I have seen cleaner Starbucks, old dirty napkins in the floor, stale cruddy food on display. I had to ask 3x if the food on display were samples or was that what was being sold, since I saw a fly! The cashier didn’t understand «easy water» and wanted to school me on an Americano. «That’s what an Americano us, water and espresso!» Sigh! Then told the barista I only wanted an inch of water SMH! Maybe because it’s Election Day, I’ll forgive but they don’t qualify for more than 2 stars today. Clean up!

I am so happy they opened this Starbucks where the old Caribou used to be. I love Linda at the drive-​through. She makes my day. The entire team is lovely and so fast! This is now my favorite morning location.
