My husband and I got such great service here over the past two weeks while shipping his Mom’s stuff to her new place. Friendly, empathetic and going the extra mile don’t begin to cover how helpful everyone in the store was in the middle of a pretty disorganized family moment. Thanks especially to Mandy!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I have had a claim filed with this location since October 2014. I have called every couple of weeks trying to get a resolution and am always promised a call back –which I have never once received. I just tried again today, was put on hold for 5 minutes and then was disconnected. Subsequent phone calls have gone to voicemail. Calling UPS does no good as they refer me back to the store. Calling the store does no good since they don’t respond. I am beyond frustrated. Do not use their services. This is beyond ridiculous.

Efficient service with a friendly smile even when he was solo running the show with a line of 5 people, some less than friendly (not me, just saying).
I was dropping off my Quest box, switching carriers and the guy knew exactly what to do and made my stop in in pleasant and fast.
If I need UPS again this will be a good stop.
