Fast service but when they installed a new battery on my phone they didn’t tape or glue it back in there. It was rattling around like spare change in my pocket. When I took it back they fixed it promptly but it was a headache to have to drive back over there twice for a simple repair. A small refund for the hassle would have been a nice touch, but they refused.

We thought our son’s phone was broken and put off fixing it due to the cost. My husband took it in yesterday and the guy took it in the back, came out a few minutes later saying there was nothing wrong with it, just lint in the charging port. Now A LOT of people could have and would have taken advantage of our ignorance in this situation, but they didn’t. This will definitely be our go to repair place.

I was already upset and in a bad mood, bringing my broken screen iPhone 6 plus into ubreakifix Aurora, and it was a welcome relief to be greeted by Richard. He quickly set me at ease and explained the process for fixing the screen. He even made me feel like I won price matching a competitor. Left my phone, went to chipotle and 30 minutes later, good as new!

If you’ve got to get it repaired this is the place to do it. Nobody wants to run over their Samsung 5 with an ATV, right? But when I did and my phone was in pieces I’m glad I found this place! Richard is highly professional, very honest and accountable. I had my phone back within a few days & while it wasn’t cheap neither was the work completed. I would absolutely recommend UBreakiFix Aurora.
