The food is good as usual but on multiple occasions I’ve called and was put on hold for long periods of time. But the hold was more of them putting the phone down to the side & I could still hear everything in the background.

Who cares about fancy/gourmet burgers when you have Five Guys?! Single or double patty burgers with an array of free toppings, fresh cut fries, all beef hot dogs, free peanuts while you wait for your order. Simple menu. All delicious. My go to burger is the little cheeseburger with grilled onions, grilled green peppers, grilled mushrooms, with a side of A1. Fries with malt vinegar and ketchup. Raspberry iced tea. Done! KISS…

The lady manager here tonight is super. Her customer service is amazing considering that the house is packed and they are short staffed. I don’t mind waiting on a burger because they are so juicy and good. The best cheeseburger hands down.

I get it… I mean I really get it!!! Huge all beef Angus patties, fresh topping on a nice bun… But I just don’t know about the prices… This was my son and I first visit to Five Guys, and I don’t think it will be our last, but this is not your typical burger joint; where I’m use to paying $ 6 to $ 8 for a burger, fry and beverage, we ended up paying about that amount for just a burger. You know you are getting good stuff when you see the grease seeping thru the brown paper bag. Ha, ha, ha… J/K. I don’t know if the grease is from the almost $ 4 fries that were dumped into the bag or the huge double patty burgers completed with grilled onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup and mayo that we ordered, either way it all was very tasty, I just wasn’t ready for the tab. LOL. The restaurant could have used a little tighten up, and several employee were sitting around, maybe on their breaks. They also offer complimentary peanuts while you wait.

Five Guys is well worth the money, the burgers and fries are very good. The employees are friendly and your order is prepared quickly. They are a little pricey. The burgers are cooked when ordered, not left sitting under a heat lamp.

Food was great and having peanuts to snack on before your food gets there is a life saver for every parent with hungry kids. Large burgers that you can make in as many different creations as you would like. A «little» fry is enough for 2. I do wish they would come up with a kid’s meal section. I also want to give a shout out to Dvante James. Customer service was his top priority.

Such a yummy place! Their burgers are huge, and I can’t even describe how delicious they are. When you walk in, the menu is above the counter and you basically build your own burger. As many combinations as I’ve created, I’ve yet to eat one that wasn’t phenomenal. You can get either regular or Cajun fries, and I definitely recommend the Cajun ones! They have so much flavor you’ll want to lick the container they came in! Speaking of which, the put their fries in a styrofoam cup, and they put that cup in your bag of food… They then dump twice as many fries into the bag. The fries never seem to end! Which is great because you can split an order of fries and it will be more than plenty for two people. They have won many Zagat awards for their awesome burgers many years in a row– definitely go check them out– you won’t be disappointed.

Five guys is a chain and it is good wherever you go. They remind you of home cooked burgers, soft buns, good ingredients, and lots of customization. Get the Cajun fries, a little fry easy feeds two. The bonus of this particular establishment is that the employees are SO nice! It really is full of great people that smile and are happy to be here. Great experience!

I am a 5 gives lover, but this particular one disappointed me. I always go on a Saturday afternoon with my father because we love the burgers. We arrived and order mine was a regular burger with tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, ketchup, lettuce, and mayo. The burger was amazing but I ordered the fries. They are KNOWN for topping the fries with another scoop of fries. The cup wasn’t full and there definitely wasn’t enough fries. My father and I always split them but that was impossible with this place.

Do you love consistency? Have you ever tried Five Guys? If you haven’t tried their burgers, do yourself that favor and get in here. The burgers here are good from location to location. I have never had a Five Guys burger I didn’t enjoy. The service is always fast and quality is great. If you like some heat, try jalepenos rather than pickles on your burger. They give a great crunch and heat to any already awesome burger.

Man has this place gone down hill since I was here last. For $ 14 I got a bacon cheeseburger with tomato(burned bacon and unflavorful tomato), fries, and a small drink. That’s EXPENSIVE!

I was running errands in this plaza — hit up PetSmart, Target, Office Max and Lowe’s when I realized that I’d skipped both breakfast and lunch and needed to put something in my belly postehaste. I had a choice of Five Guys or Chili’s — thinking it would be quicker — I opted for Five Guys. Sigh. I know most people love this place — but I just can’t put a finger on why. First off — everything is fried in peanut oil. I know Cheeburger! Cheeburger! does the same thing and maybe even Cheeseburger Bobby’s — but since processed peanuts make me break out in hives — I have to steer clear of the fries. Me sad. Secondly — and I know this is gonna sound un-American — but why American cheese only? I mean — you go through the trouble of offering all of these amazing toppings — and the only kind of cheese a customer can get is American. Don’t Swiss cheese and mushrooms go hand-in-hand? Sorta like bacon & cheddar? And this location was kinda dirty. I popped in around 3pm — and the floors were dirty and the table I sat at waiting for my food to be prepared was in desperate need of wipe down. I wound up ordering a hot dog and it was fine — and the employee who took my order was super friendly — but I can’t say I’d ever go back.

One of the beat hamburgers in the Atlanta area. It’s a good old fashion hamburger! Period. It’s juicy, the vegetables are fresh, the fries are hot, and don’t let the grease bother you, it’s just juice from a fresh made hamburger. If your craving a hamburger and want to do it right, Five Guys is the place! The service is awesome, the environment is clean, and reasonable quick for making it fresh to order. A little expensive but understandable because you get ALOT… they don’t cut corners! I’m glad that there is not one too close to me because I would be in trouble!

I recently moved to the area and everyone said I needed to try Five Guys. Tonight, I gave in and tried them and was not sorry. I got the bacon hot dog and cajun fries and they were excellent. The staff was very friendly and the place was super clean. As someone else mentioned though-if you have a peanut allergy, avoid this place since they have peanuts for you to eat while you wait and they fry everything in peanut oil. I’ll definitely be back.

My cousin and I were undecided about lunch after taking her kids to Six Flags. We ended up going shopping out in the East West Connector area and we passed by Five Guys Burgers. My cousin was so excited that I figured we had better stop. This was her second visit and my first. They sell hamburgers and hot dogs(Sorry I forgot to ask if the hot dogs were All Beef). They have peanuts available for you to crack and eat while you wait on your burger. I thought the hamburgers were pretty good. They cook your burger when you arrive. I got several toppings on my double patty cheeseburger including Grilled Onions. I cut it in half but along with a regular order of fries(It feeds two people), I could only each ¼ of the entire burger while I was there. The regular fires were good. Perfect match for the burger. The bag that the fries were in had a lot of grease on it but the fries were not greasy at all an neither was the burger! The beverages are self serve. I ordered a large tea and regretted it. It was not sweet, even to my cousin whom usually mixes half sweet tea half unsweetened tea together. I knew when she complained that it was NOT sweet that I was in BIG trouble. I tried it and not only was it NOTSWEET but it had a strong caffeine taste to it. I almost poured it out and got a carbonated beverage. Instead I thought I’d bring it home and doctor it up. Will give you guys an update later on how it comes out. My cousin liked the powerful caffeine taste, but was angry that it really was not sweet enough. i think in the caffeine category she would go to Starbucks for Coffee and I’d go to Quick Trip for Cappuccino. WARNING for those of you with a PEANUTALLERGY. Don’t even bother. They cook everything in peanut oil. eet at all.
