This is the convenience store I always choose when I’m in this area. It’s right near my work, so I go there A LOT. My favorite thing about this store is the customer service. It is rare to ever have to wait much in line because as soon as one starts to get 3 people deep or more, they call another employee to a register and move the lines right along. I get fresh salads there for lunch quite often. I’ve had an employee volunteer to go and check to see if there was more of the kind of salad dressing I wanted in the back, since there was no more in the refrigerated salad area. I wish they would start carrying bleu cheese dressing and regular(not lite) ranch dressing again. The Caesar is good, though. Also, I think the salads got smaller than they used to be, but the price didn’t get smaller. I realize that that is probably a corporate decision and not just this store. The pepperjack cheese taquitos, chicken and cheese taquitos, and tamales are yummy and cheap. Once, my teenage son was walking along Austell Rd. when several boys started harassing him and insinuating that they were going to take his phone from him. He went into this Racetrac, explained the situation, and asked if he could use the phone to call me.(his phone had internet but not phone service) Not only did they let him call, they also suggested that he stay right there at the counter until I arrived. It was really going above and beyond. I also haven’t had the problem here where every pump you try to pull up at is out of gas, or credit card swiper out of order. They seem to keep the pumps filled and maintained really well.

Prices are reasonable here for food items as well as for drinks. They also sell beer and wine and they have more wine choices than most gas stations in the area. Gas prices are also on par for the area of Austell and they sometimes are cheaper than other gas stations in the area. The staff can be friendlier but what do you expect for a gas station? I shall return for sure!
