I lived here my freshman year which was the year that 2400 Nueces first opened up in 2013. All utilities were included and our unit was furnished. The rooms were very tiny and we had bunk beds but I overall enjoyed my year at 2400 Nueces. Everything was crisp and I liked the exposed concrete ceilings. It probably has the most convenient location out of any apartment in West Campus. It is only a couple of minutes away from campus. We lived on the 10th floor with a view of the pool and hot tub.

HORRIBLE wifi that likes to shut out in the middle of homework. shotty maintenance, takes days to get a response, even if you lost something as «emergency». honestly the only reason I live here is how close it is to campus; the apartments are way way too small and cramped, little to no closet and storage space (which, as a girl, is a major problem). this place charges WAAAY too much for rent for the problems I keep running into.
