The 555 is an upscale condo building that is located inside of the Hilton Hotel on 5^th street in downtown Austin. The condos have a separate entrance from the hotel, a private parking lot underground, and is completely isolated from the hotel guests.
I am a bit biased with my rating because I own a condo here. Having said that, until the Austonian is open to the public, this is the nicest downtown condo building available. An interesting fact is that Reese Witherspoon lived here for a short time while filming in Austin. My cousin was getting my mail when he saw her. I never bumped into her myself.
There are 99 units in the building, with a wide range of prices. The penthouse units have hot tubs on the roof.
