A-1 Tires

My mom and i have always been Cosutumer here for years and have never had a problem. Buffalo has always helped us out all these years changing anything we need on the tires. Weve always received great customer service here, its very affordable and they give you a 30 day warranty for $ 5 more on each tire. Very fast and friendly service. I loved how well Brenda and Lolo explain all my options and answer any of my concerns, there staff is great and they always go above and beyond my expectation.

My family and I have been loyal customers for years now. We always receive great customer service and it’s very affordable too! The staff is great. I especially love the dog they have! Very sweet and kid friendly. The guys always go above and beyond explaining all they do since I’m not very car knowledgeable.

STOP DO NOT GO THERE!!! Sure they’ll get you in and out in a hurry, and offer you a $ 5.00 30 day warranty if anything where to happen to your tires (besides slashes or nails). In my case the first time I went I bought two used tires the next day they turn out flat, I made sure to check for nails or slashes and nothing. I take them back to A-​1 and a slash mysteriously appears on both of them. I thought to myself okay these kind of things can happen.
So I return to purchase two more tires a couple of months later hoping this wouldn’t happen to me again, and I’m not kidding you not 3 days later the tires are flat again. So this time I double checked for slashes and nails (even put air in them again and there weren’t any slashes). When I return with my 30 warranty receipt. They willingly take my tires to the back and I watch them look a little suspicious, and claim they where slashed same as the last pair (told them I’m not saying you did it) but I found the coincidence ironic. SO IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY TAKEN FROM YOU FROM A THIRD RATE SHOP GO THERE BY ALL MEANS. Also they wanted to charge me almost full price for a new pair ($ 80.00, and would only negotiate to $ 70.00). I suggest going to discount auto and financing a new set instead than wasting your hard earned money with them.

I have been a loyal customer for several years. I have always had a great experience. If there were any issues they were fixed immediately with no hassle. I must say the last time i was there i was there for about 4 hours making sure all my concerns were resolved. Lolo, Brenda, and his staff are like family and will go above and beyond your expectations to satisfy their customers. They are also very affordable and personable. I went to A1 after driving nearly four months on a donut spare (I know what you’re thinking, this guy is a revolutionary) after blowing out one of my tires hitting a curb. Decided to go the used tire route and found A1 after searching for a used tire shop near me.
The service was pretty awesome and they had me in and out in under ten minutes. $ 41 for a lightly used tire, to which I can’t complain about pricing with a deal like that. I’ve seen some cheaper, but the fact that A1 is right off I-​35 and is close to me is what sealed the deal.
My only real complaint is that the guy who installed my tire proceeded to tell me how the car I drive is a ‘piece of crap’ and that I ‘got ripped off’ for it. Not only rude things to tell someone, but when I explained that it’s my first car he went on to tell me how /​his/​first car was better than mine. Correct me if I’m wrong, but your job is to install tires and take care of your customer, not insult them. This would have easily been a five-​star review had I not had to deal with that.
All in all, good service, decent pricing. Will I return? Depends.

Great prices. Got a spare tire here. They are Fast. Not the fanciest place, but they get the job done and let you pick from hundreds of tires from their HUGE selection. They have almost ½ a football field in the back of the shop filled w tires. Amazing. Best value when you are on a budget and need a «NUSED» tire.

This place is located in North Austin, NOT south Austin.
Absolute best service I have received from a tire shop. 2 used tires installed, balanced, $ 90.00 and they were done in less than 20 minutes.
Lo Lo (the owner) was attentive and anxious to make me happy. Got such a good deal, I’m taking my other car there for 4 more tires later this week. Thank you A-​1 and thank you Lo Lo.
P. S. There are several tire shops in this area (Rundberg/​IH 35), and their used tire prices were the same a NEW! Avoid the others, and hit this guy. You wont be sorry.

I went there a few days ago and they did a spectacular job on Nissan Pathfinder. They have a wide stock of used tires and very helpful. They have wonderful customer service and would be doing business with them again thanks for help.
