A Better View Glass Company

Needed a couple custom sized mirrors. Better View was so friendly and accommodating. I was able to pick the mirrors up the same day and they were perfect. Definitely recommend this company!

This family owned business was able to get me a glass table top cut quickly and for the best price in town! The woman who answered the phone was so courteous and the delivery service was punctual and professional. I give a full five stars because every interaction I had with anyone (call, measurement, delivery) was genuine and pleasant and my tabletop looks better than I thought it would. I plan on remodeling my bathroom in the future and I will definitely be looking to them to install a frameless shower. Thanks again A Better View!

They cut me a piece of glass to protect my table and the price was even lower than anywhere online. The woman who helped me on the phone was very friendly and professional. Id highly recommend them for custom glass work.

Called about replacing my glass from a patio door. Ray came out and measured right away but never called back with a quote. After over 2 weeks of calling I finally got a hold of him. He said he was 15 minutes away from the office and would call me back with the quote. Over 2 hours go by with no call back. I tried calling again and got the voice mail once again.

We bought some mirror today, and everyone there was extremely helpful. The prices were great, the customer service was excellent. We will definitely return for our glass and mirror needs.

I read the few good reviews and went ahead and called here to order two pieces of glass we needed for sliding doors. I was told I’d get a call when the glass came in. A week later I hadn’t heard so I dropped by to find no one was there (well before closing) as it seemed he was in the field. So two days later I called first to verify he would be there and that my glass would be available. Rey was very nice and apologized for not giving me a call. Fair enough, little things get missed. No problem.
However, we didn’t open the glass right away as we by then were going on a trip. When we got back, we did, only to find the tempered glass I had ordered had big big chips in the edge of one of the pieces. Since these were to frameless this was a problem. I have now called TWICE, and left messages TWICE regarding this issue, with no return call. Sorry, but I find this unacceptable customer service, and am I’m sorry I chose to do business here.
Call backs would have saved you a bad review.

Called once and spoke with Rey looking to mirror out a wall (couple thousand dollar job… not huge, but probably worth the time), who said he would need to call me back later. A week later, no call back. Called again and left a message. A week later, still no call back. Keep looking…
