A Woman’s Touch

I absolutely am disgusted in this company, not only did the owner threaten me she has used the excuse that she is Divorced with two children and will win in a lawsuit against me for ummm not requesting service… and cancelation fees. She was hired by a co-​worker to help me out, to clean my 800 sq foot apartment. Not only did I tell her that I will request service when I am ready she proceeded to text me asking me for service over and over. I kindly said no, she did not like that. She then says I now need to pay a cancellation fee of $ 40. Which is how much my services cost usually, well then she then started threatening me with charges the price of the cancellation fee to $ 60, then $ 120 for a service i never requested all in the same day. Then she proceeded to argue with me while i am at work about payment. Threatening me via text. I had to call the cops cause I was most certain she was going to steal my stuff or break in. I do not trust her !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I never even signed a contract nor have I had a cleaning in over a month. Shows how unprofessional this company is. Let alone I am a hardworking young adult who can have a civil conversation without confrontation.

Lets just start by saying that if it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. Do not trust this company or the woman who owns it. They will promise to clean your house, for cash of course so that they don’t have to claim it on their taxes, and when you return you will wonder what they actually did for those 4 hours they charged you for. I have used many house cleaners throughout the years, and this is is the first time I was disappointed in the job that was done. My husband cleans the house constantly but we were moving and needed a move out clean done. We came home to find appliances that had not even been attempted to be cleaned, unwiped surfaces, and poorly cleaned bathrooms.
The woman who owns this company is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. Not only did she threaten my husband and I if we wrote a poor review online, she proceeded to make delusional claims that my husband was attracted to her and couldn’t keep his eyes off of her. Hahaha! Yes, seriously! I have seen this woman and know if my husband was staring, it was not out of attraction. I never met her, but I have seen her. How is this possible you ask? Oh, just from the half naked picture she texted him of herself! Yes, she sent him half naked pictures, and lets just say she should put on some clothes and head to the gym. Through text, she told my husband she thought he was“hot” and made attempts to hit on him then told him he had an unhappy marriage. Wow, can I say unprofessional again? She has never met me, and didn’t meet my husband until she cleaned our house. Not only was she suggesting we had a bad marriage despite not knowing us at all (which is just ridiculous since we are newly weds and head over heels for each other), she was trying to get into my husbands pants at the same time. Did I mention she is a mother of young children? And this is how she runs her business? So, unless you are looking for something other than a house cleaning stay far, far away from this company. And women, if you do make the mistake of hiring this woman, keep your husbands out of the house. Clearly the name of this company has nothing to do with cleaning your house. You have been warned!!!
