Great people to have them work on your vehicle; I called into their shop to discuss that I had a nail in my tire and they told me the cost. Within the hour I was there and they patched up my tire and didn’t get charged due to my tires that I had on there. Honest people I recommend you try these place out.

They were very honest with me and gave me a great deal. I felt I could trust them and their recommendation. Now my car drives like brand new and did not cost me and arm and a leg. I would DEFINATELY recommend this business!

Richard is always genuine and personable. He’s provided excellent service everytime I’ve been here. Last time he gave my son a nice cold bottle of water and let us sit where there was A/​C while we waited. I would recommend this place any day.

These guys saved me!!! I was leaving work and noticed I had a huuuge nail in my tire but thankfully it was still holding air. I called this place 20 min before they closed and they happily worked me in. I showed up and they went straight to work! They fixed my tire and were so incredibly reasonably priced. I was so grateful for their willingness to help me despite the fact I showed up right before they closed. Will definitely use them again!

Wonderful service at an excellent price. I noticed a slow leak/​recurrent flat in my tire on a Sunday afternoon, and the owner took the tire off, showed me the two screws I’d picked up somewhere, and after about 15 minutes had the tire repaired and back on my car. He only charged me $ 20.

My friend recommended this place to me because I needed 4 new tires and not a lot of money to spend. Turns out the guy I spoke to and did the work was also the owner. If you want a place that’s going to be very Austin, unique, with great service and the right price then this is it. We agreed on a price and even though he found an unexpected issue that took more time, he didn’t change the price.
Next time I need tires, I’ll definitely be coming back here. He’s great, good location and you can’t beat the prices.

I went here recently to get a tire changed. The guy that helped me out happened to be the owner. He was very nice and had a fair price on the tire. He helped me with getting to the issue of why my tire was splitting and told me how to prevent it as well. I was really impressed at his knowledge. At first, when I pulled up I wasn’t sure what to expect. After getting me my new tire, he also made sure me and my wife (who was with me) left with a cold bottle of water. I felt very welcomed and appreciated for my business, so I will definitely be back.

I experienced great service at this business and would not hesitate to visit in the future. The customer service was very pleasant, friendly, and efficient. I drove around town in hopes of locating a tire repair shop rendering service on a «Sunday» and by the grace of God I came across this business. It has been one week my tire is fine. Richard (the owner) runs an excellent shop! If you’re used to big tire chains (like I was), his shop may seem a bit unorthodox — they manually jack your car up in the parking lot right where you park it — but I assure you he’s a top notch trustworthy tire guru. I brought my car in without an appointment at 5:30 PM on a Sunday and left with four new tires installed before 6:00, balanced and ready to roll. Richard was very observant and pointed out a few auto issues I was already aware of, and also let me know that the weights from my previous tire service (somewhere else) were installed incorrectly. He showed me how to properly balance the tire and even filled the tires up to the p. s.i I requested. The storefront is a chaotic sea of stacked tires, with a few small aisles to walk through, which makes the waiting area is a bit tight, but being that I hardly had to wait, that wasn’t an issue. Don’t let the initial appearance dissuade you, this is an A+ establishment that takes pride in their work!

I have a small hole in one of my tires and I have been putting off getting it fixed because I have been afraid of being overcharged. However, I finally take a chance with Access USA Automotive and I am so glad I do. They are fast and friendly and provide free bottled water as I sit in the waiting area in front of a large fan. As quickly as I walk in I am on my way out, with my tire repaired for exactly fifteen dollars. I highly recommend this establishment for all of your tire needs.

Had a slow leak in a tire. Went to Firestone and they told me I had separated tread and needed a new tire. Left and went to Access USA I had seen on Lamar. Surenuff all I had was a nail in the tire. This will be my go to tire shop. Free bottled water too. Btw the owner is a big Obama fan which is plus for me. Here again for similar problem on another car.

Great Service Experience. Needed a replacement tire for a Tundra. Talked to Richard (owner). Got a brand new tire for a fourth of what Discount Tire quoted.
They installed it; put up the spare. All in about 15 minutes.
I believe I found my new tire shop.

This is the most honest, family owned business that I have been to in a while. Great customer service. They always provide water bottles for customers while waiting and when I had them check my tire for punctures they told me it was fine and only charged me 5 $ for testing it when they could have sold me a used tire for 30 $ and lied to me about it which many other places would have done. I have gone there every time I have tire problems and will continue to spread the word about this place. The family that runs it is so nice and I would give them 10 stars if I could.
