History

Established in 1987.

Sam Cunningham, the president of Accurate Inspections, is a former Real Estate Broker. He owned, managed, and maintained several properties before discovering his passion for real estate inspections. Since 1987 Accurate Inspections has been involved in both commercial and residental inspections. From brand new construction to a residence built in the 1860’s, and from an exotic game ranch to hotels, apts, and 50,000+ sq foot buildings, he has experience in all types of construction. From the first contact, customers are informeed as to what to expect from the inspection process. Membership is held in InterNACHI, ABOR, and TREC. Accurate Inspections of Texas, Inc is fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your peace of mind.
