Albert’s Towing

This company unfairly towed my vehicle from a shopping center where I was getting my nails done. A girlfriend of mine and I walked around the block an hour prior to our nail appointment, paid for a nail service, and came back to find our car towed because we had left the property. Watch out for this company… The tow driver who called me back was incredibly rude. I will be contesting the $ 193 charge in court.

My car was towed although I had the sticker on the car and when I get there to discuss about what happened I encountered with the guys racist and rude attitude!
They are by definition legalized thieves!
Think twice when you call this place and have them make money with your call.

Rude Rude Rude owner (Tom)…says he calls and lets you know he will be towing your car… first he phones you at 12:30 am and then pretends he wants to buy your vehicle… never saying are you on the premisis or are you the owner of the car. Then charges you out the rearend even though you had permisisson from the store to park your car there.

I suppose the owner of the parking lot next to Toy Joy would give this company 5 stars for how quickly the drivers (who are parked on the side of the Grande Food Mart next door) swoop in to tow cars that have parked in this lot for even a short amount of time and have left the premises. I however, give them zero stars for participating in an unjust operation in which a lady sits under an awning across the street and calls them when someone walks away from their car to a nearby business. Sure, the lot is posted that they’ll tow, but how often does that happen when parking is plentiful and you are only in the store for less than 10 minutes? – which is what happened to me. I caught up with the driver as he was pulling away and got my car back $ 150 later. What a scam! Do not use these crooks who also have bad attitudes.

Albert’s Towing Company just wrongfully towed one of my employees cars and refuses to bring it back. Bad, Bad towing company. What the heck can be done about this crap?

Holy Tow Truck Batman! I watched an Albert’s towing truck haul ass out of the HEB parking lot (Circle C) with a white Toyota Camry with front damage.
We stood looking as the driver accelerated so fast with the car in tow that he jumped a curb and knocked the car off the back end. The car sat sideways half on the rack.
Camry owner whoever you are.Sorry.and you’ve got a witness if you need one.
As for my Unilocal buddies you’ve been warned.
