Amanda Keith Cribbs

Amanda is at the top of her game. We were in a situation where we weren’t sure when we wanted to buy, and had to put the whole process on hold for a bit when things got too stressful. Amanda was incredibly patient and never rushed or put any pressure on us. We witnessed her battle a seller’s agent who was ridiculously belligerent and difficult to work with, on our behalf, professionalism and dignity intact.
Amanda knows her stuff when it comes to houses. She quickly caught on that we were into taking on some projects with our new home, and gave us remodeling advice, as well as spotting things that needed to be repaired, giving us tips on how do DIY. If she didn’t spend every waking moment working her tail off for her clients she might get away with being a full time reality show host or DIY blogger. Her personality is winning and witty and was an all around pleasure to work with!
I highly recommend Amanda for anyone looking for an agent, especially first time home buyers and those interested in investment properties.
