Angele Moyseos

Angele has represented me on two home sale as a Real Estate investor. Her work has been very thorough, and she is very attentive to detail. She works hard for her clients to get them the best possible outcome on their home, and is great to work with!

Angele was amazing! She won us a bid for an incredible investment in 78 704! I couldn’t say enough nice things about Angele, but I’ll give it a shot any way. She was very informative at each step in the process, she was detail-​oriented pointing out the things we needed to be aware of, she was honest with her feedback on each property we viewed & was very conscious of what type of property would make the best investment. We couldn’t be happier with the place we landed in such a tough market to buy!

I found Angele on a internet search and I never knew that meeting her would change my life. I was in Tennessee and she found my family our Texas dream home! We had never been to Austin and she was able to find me the house of my dreams just by asking a few questions about what we were looking for. She went out of her way to show us houses on Facetime so that my husband, who was in Afghanistan, could also walk through the houses, so to speak lol. She is not just our realtor now but also our friend! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in Austin or the greater Austin Area!

Angele helped me find and buy my house a little over 3 years ago.
At the time I was only interested in the ’04 and possibly the east side. Each time we went out to look at another tear down (the only things available in my price range), Angele gently brought up the great deals in 78 745 and that it was going to be the new hot neighborhood soon.
Needless to say, i finally caved to Angele’s suggestion and decided to look further south in the 78 745. Angele saved for last, a house that was just put on the market hours before we went for the tour. The moment we walked into the house and then out to the back yard, i was so smitten i called my momma to tell her i had found my house.
We were the first to see the house, and the first to put an offer on it. Angele structure the deal so well, and held my hand as I had my moments of panic, that I can do nothing but sing her praises.
Three years later, and Angele’s prediction about the neighborhood was so on the nose, that i am now freaking out about how high they are assessing my house at…
I have recommended Angele to friends who have all loved working with her as much as I did.

Angele is great to work with! She really trys to get to know you and what will appeal to you and not waste your time showing you houses you have no interest in. I have hired here twice and will hire her again I am sure!

I have worked with Angele on several deals and she is not only honest and knowledgeable, but she is just a fun person to be around and would most definitely recommend her to anyone.

Angele is the best. Great with communication during the stressful home-​buying process. Very warm and friendly. She put my mind at east on numerous occasions, no matter the time of day. I found the house I wanted our first time out and she did everything in her power to make sure I got it. She even bought me a bottle of Scotch on closing day! I recommend her in the highest.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! We booked a place through this company with a signed contract, and they decided to back out on us last minute!!!
From the sound of it, they got a better offer so they felt like it was okay to back out!
If you want to be worried about where to stay last minute, then go with them since they are not trust worthy, and WILL give away your place even if you have a contract! After I read a few bad reviews, I still decided to go with them due to the lack of options. Bad Idea! Lets just hope you don’t make the same mistake.
Btw-​They wanted the entire amount upfront 3 weeks prior to the date? Horrible customer service, don’t do it. One way or the other they will leave you stranded.

Angele is awesome. She was recommended to us by a friend who said the same thing. She is friendly and helpful and was extremely patient with us through a bunch criteria changes while looking for a place to rent. She showed us many houses on multiple occasions. I highly recommend her services.

Sellers beware. It quickly became obvious that picking Vox Real Estate and Angele to sell my condo was a mistake. I called Vox because their Internet presence and perceived knowledge of my area by Ki Gray, head of Vox. Ki showed up to tout the
website and the traffic it gets for Austin Real Estate, but then wanted Angele to be the listing agent. I fell for the bait and switch.
Angele was very lacking in attention and communication when it came to the selling process. Often she wasn’t available due to showing homes all day to her rich Buyer clients and other excuses. Only to follow up my calls by text or email, rarely calling me back. It no wonder there are great reviews by buyers.
She signed up my place for a Realtor tour and didn’t even tell me when it was happening. I found out from another Realtor, less than 12 hours before the tour. Then afterwords, I found out that it wasn’t to bring in traffic but to get criticism from other Realtors. For the Open House, she showed up late and on put out signs the day of the open house. Apologies and excuses became the normal discussion with her.
Eventually, dropping price became the main strategy to get my place sold. Too little, too late. Several times I tried to call Ki Gray, Vox Broker, to discuss my listing, but he never returned my call. Obviously, i came to realize that I wasn’t important enough. I felt I was just a list and hope it sells client.
I realize that times are tough in the sellers market, but tough times require aggressiveness, market knowledge (not market reaction), and good communications. All were lacking. Listing it myself got as many showing as Vox and Angele.

She is AMAZING. I found her on craigslist when I was looking for a new place in Clarksville. She contacted me (I posted looking for a place) and took me around on quite the tour of Clarksville. She KNOWS the area, Folks. I dazzle people (so I like to think) with the Clarksville trivia I picked up from her.
We looked at several places and she clearly got me and what I was looking for. Through the ad I posted, a private homeowner contacted me and I ended up renting her place. I was wracked with guilt to even break this to Angele after all the work she put in with me. No need to be. She was as happy for me as if she was moving in to the place.
Now THAT is a professional. I’m also proud to call her my friend now.
If, God forbid, I have to look for another place — I’m going straight to Angele. You should too.

I was relocating to Austin and Angele was fantastic in understanding my needs for a home in Austin. Angele’s knowledge of the Austin area and which areas could best suit me was a great match, especially since I had limited time to look.
