Once again I called upon Apple Appliance Repair for help, 4 days before CHRISTMAS. MY digital Kitchenaid oven would not keep a steady baking temperature, I was once again in a emergency. Patrick responded to our call immediately, and came right over. He arrived, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part needed within 20 minutes. He said «I will be back in a day as soon as the parts are delivered.» I was afraid to let him leave because I needed my oven for Christmas dinner, but he assured me he would be back within 2 days with the part. So within two days, as promised, he called and was at my door with the kitchaide part in his hand. He installed the part, tested my oven out and it works good as new. Two days before Christmas this wonderful man did the impossible, he fixed my oven — even ordered/​delivered the parts with a smile on his face! Professional, honest, and truthful — No one could ask for more. Patrick you are amazing, THANK YOU. Merry Christmas!

Patrick answered when I called, showed up when he said he would, and went the extra mile to try to fix my problem. He made it clear when he wasn’t sure replacing a part would actually fix it and left the choice up to me. In the end, he did help me resolve my problem, and I would recommend him to others.

I have had Patrick out two more times; once he fixed the problem quickly and easily. Another time, he told me that it would cost too much to repair based on the useful life of the appliance and gave recommendations for extending the life of it until then. Recently, the arm that says whether there is ice and the icemaker should be shut off broke on my fridge. I contacted Patrick and he told me where to order the part for about $ 5 and replace myself, even though he could have charged me to come out and do it. Very honest guy.
I’ve also referred him to a couple of clients (I’m a realtor) who have been very happy with his work.

It’s hard to find a good guy to work on LG products. The LG customer service line was not very helpful.
Patrick answered when I called and helped me do some trouble shooting over the phone. He was pretty sure he knew what the problem was. He came out the next day and quoted the repair. He returned a couple days later and fixed my washer. Easy.

Patrick was able to come out the same day I called to look at my refrigerator. He was polite, prompt and courteous.
He told me the repair I needed would be very expensive $ 650 — $ 700 and recommended that I put that money towards a new refrigerator instead. I really appreciated his honesty and straightforwardness, whereas some other repair companies might have wasted my time and money with unecessary repairs that would not have fixed my refrigerator.
Although he could not help me with my particular situation I would highly recommend Patrick. He was referred to me from my brother who had used him several times and he was very pleased with his services as well.

I called him Wednesday morning, he came out later that day and diagnosed our problem, then located the part and repaired the dishwasher the next day. No charge for the diagnosis trip, and very fair pricing on part and labor. I’m putting him in my contacts as our go-​to appliance repair person!

Helpful, polite, and economical. After an initial visit to reset my jammed Whirlpool ice maker, I was warned the design might have trouble. A month later when it stopped making ice again, Apple Appliance texted with me several times providing enough guidance that I was able to resolve the issue myself. I really appreciate the followup support which cost me zero dollars.

I have been using Patrick for several years now. He is the first person I call when my renters have an issue with any of the appliances in my apartment. I feel like he is fair and always as honest as he can be with me. Let me explain:
After Reading all the reviews, I realized that all of the 1 and 2 star reviews are complaining about his price tag or have stated that after he left their place and had offered them an assessment, that they looked online and found a simple fix. Well, first of all, do people realize how few repairmen there are left? Their charge rate is high because they are in demand. Seriously! Also, if you can look it up on the internet at all, then don’t call him. Look it up first.
I don’t have the option to look at my appliances to figure out what is wrong. I don’t live in the state anymore and am reliant on someone I can trust to tell me the truth. Many times he has gone to my place and seen that a dryer door handle just needed tightening or something as simple as that. yes the fee is 60 bucks, but hey! he drove and spent gas money to get there, plus his time as he could have been with another customer. The dude is busy. I have never met him in person, but he has always been honest to the point of technical about the problem.

Patrick was very efficient and actually showed up when he said he would. I really like that he communicated by text and gave us a quote right away. Will keep his number in my contacts for sure!

I called Patrick to repair my 20 year old Maytag dryer that had stopped spinning. He came out the next day and replaced the belt, rollers and pulleys. The dryer is working again. The charge was $ 204.

I had called Mr. Appliance first as my LG washer ring and springs popped out with a heavy load. Mr A. said it would be special parts and cost over $ 300. I called Apple and he fixed for next to nothing.

Apple came out to repair a dryer that was making loud noises. Even though it still worked just fine, I wanted to make sure there wasn’t a fire hazard w the dryer. Patrick diagnosed the problem on site and told me that the repair would cost approximately $ 300. I figured that was cheaper than buying a new dryer, so I asked him to proceed w the repair. After about an hour, he said the repair was done and turned on the dryer for me. The loud noises were still there. He assured me there was no fire hazard and apologized that the parts replacement didn’t fix the problem. In the end, he charged me ½ the price he quoted me (just for parts), but I was left w the same loud dryer. I wish he would have told me there was no hazard to begin with and told me that there was a chance the part replacement wouldn’t fix the problem. I will not use him again in the future.

I have a thermador cook top that is 17 years old and a burner is not working. Instead of charging me a service call to come out and tell me it couldn’t be repaired, he explained to me over the phone why it couldn’t be repaired. I will definitely call him in the future!

I called Apple Appliance Repair yesterday. Patrick answered when I called the first time and came out the next day. I had previously called another company about a week ago and never got a call back after I left a voicemail. so it was great that Patrick was on top of things! All 4 burners on my stove stopped igniting and the spark module needed to be replaced. Patrick was very nice and engaged in conversation. His labor is guaranteed for 60 days and the part for 1 year.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I thought the price was a bit steep for something that only took 30 minutes to repair. However, he would have charged a $ 59 service call fee regardless and I didn’t want to end up paying that for nothing just to get a different quote from someone else. I was charged $ 250 plus tax, so it came out to $ 275. He waived the service call fee for me since I ended up moving forward with the repair. I looked at spark modules online and they can run from $ 120 to $ 200, so perhaps this was a fair estimate. but I can’t say for sure since I’m not knowledgable when it comes to repairs.
Credit cards accepted and the receipt is emailed to you for your records!

Patrick is great! He is always responsive when I contact him. Very professional. Prices are inline with other companies I’ve been told, but he will try to save you a call by diagnosing over the phone. His last visit he repaired an dryer’s timer. Before that, he diagnosed drainage problem in my freezer compartment of refrigerator. I trust him, and that’s really important to me.

OK FOLKS — I just met the man over the phone GREAT HONEST AND HELPFUL. The charge for repairing two appliances was a little over $ 300.00 I felt this fair as the parts for the washing machine were costly. His attitude was that of a small business man. I would not hesitate to recomend him to you. He also gave me options on the dishwasher … I appreciated it. God Bless and as good as it gets

Like most of you reading this I had an appliance that stopped working and needed someone to fix it. I read multiple reviews here on Unilocal to determine the best approach and who to hire and quickly discovered Patrick and Apple Appliance. After our initial phone call to discuss my issue (refrigerator stopped cooling) Patrick informed me that he would stop by my house later that day and would text 30 minutes prior to his arrival.
Sure enough, later that day I received a text from Patrick (which was very convenient I might add) and he stopped by about 30 minutes later. Patrick determined my issue (fan stopped working), had a part on his truck to fix it and quickly fixed my refrigerator.
Easy, Convenient, Great Service!

Highway robbery!!!
I called him thinking I was getting a honest fair service after reading the reviews but I was wrong. I had a leak on my LG washer drain hose that only took him less than an hour to replace but he charged me $ 182.94. I discovered the drain hose only retails less than $ 15. I understand people are in business to make a profit but this is straight highway robbery.
$ 15 hose + 1hr job = $ 182.94, wow I’m in the wrong business.
I don’t normally write reviews but I had to write this one, I hope this will help others and just maybe he will think twice before he over charge another customer.
