Aria at Steiner Ranch

Lot to like about this place. One problem and it’s a big one. Imagine what it would be like to live in the inside of a drum. That is all you need to know about life at Aria. I can hear every footstep of my neighbors and sometimes wonder if they even own a couch. Not their fault really, cheap construction. 2 months in and can’t wait to leave.

Awful management great views. Sadly the worst experience ever. Pool and BBQ grills always closed.

Wow. This place looked amazing and it had most of the things we were looking for. It’s a bit on the far side of Austin, but we were willing to compromise. Why the one star you ask? My husband and I went to check this place out a couple hours ago and the customer service that we received was appalling. We have never gotten such bad service before so it was a bit shocking. The girl up front didn’t even greet us upon arrival and looked pretty annoyed and bothered about doing her job. A bit of an attitude throughout the walk through as well. I just cannot understand why such a beautiful place would choose to employ such unprofessional person who obviously does not accurately represent Aria Steiner Ranch. We were willing to lease but our initial interaction with the leasing agent was a complete turn off. This place has a lot of potential but unfortunately our first impression of this place was just terrible.

I have a month living in this community and it has been a bad experience regarding after hours noise with many neighbors.
Also a lot of people in my building doesn’t know the days and hours to take out the trash. This is causing mosquitos and bad odor on the breezeways in entire building.
Maintenance take 4 weeks to come and fix a problem with my washer and dryer.
The only person who help me since the beginning was María.
NRP needs to have a more experiences management in the property.

I have been here since April. I can’t say enough about the place. The staff is wonderful, they always greet you with a smile and couldn’t be more helpful. The complex is very nice and I sill enjoy being here. My hats off to the people working here! Thank you for a nice place to live.

Don’t rent here! Multiple times the secured gate is ‘broken’ and not able to close or open at various times, maintenance request are only half complete and you are left wondering if/​when the other half will be addressed, you are not notified when maintenance will enter the premises, you are not told that you can’t smoke a cigar on your own balcony, AC breaks down, staff at NRP and Aria NEVER answer the phone and occasionally return calls, the quality of construction is very poor… all for $ 2,500 per month? All in all, while there is a lot of potential — great views, beautiful pool and facility — the quality of construction and customer service is well below average.

My husband and I have been at Aria for a month now and we absolutely love it. The complex has breathtaking views with great amenities. The gym is large with everything I need, my husband is obsessed with the golf simulator, and the pool makes you feel like you are on vacation at a resort. There is a bit of construction still happening, however, they are moving along quickly and were only outside our building making noise the first week or so. This was not something we were surprised by since we knew the property was still being built. The front office staff has been extremely helpful and accommodating. Anytime that we have a question or need help, the staff goes out of their way to take care of us. The maintenance leader, Randy, is exceptional at his job! I worked in property management for a long time and know that this staff is top notch. The ladies in the office are always such a pleasure to see and speak to. We will continue to recommend Aria to everyone we know. This complex and the staff are hard to beat!!!

I have lived here since April. It is one of the best apartment complexes that I had the chance to visit/​live at! We actually had a deposit on another complex but decided ARIA was meant for us! Being a Newbie to Austin made us do the whole four corner search for a safe apartment complex. We were greatly pleased when we came here! It is truly like a gorgeous vacation resort. My husband and I are beyond pleased! We go to our pool and feel like we are on vacation-​enjoying the warm sunshine and quiet life that Aria provides for us. I feel very happy for the beautiful views too. The staff is absolutely reachable at a moment’s notice. Maria is absolutely wonderful! When we visited we had such a great time. We were beyond stoked to move in! Maria was around to answer any of our questions or concerns via phone or email. Together, we made it happen. I felt so happy to have Maria be the person to show us around. She is a very personable and likable individual who goes out of her way to answer your questions/​concerns about apartment life! All of the staff goes above and beyond at all times to answer questions or to help us with anything we may need. I am so happy to have chosen Aria and a more than welcoming and friendly community. I am often met by hugs from some friendly neighbors in the community. Everyone is always eager to talk or chat about dogs/​life/​or living in Austin. Also, it is a friendly dog community! Our dog loves it here too! There is so much grass for a dog to run around and frolic on! Our sweet dog gets to frolic and play and bark like a dog in the beautiful dog park that they have built. I have to say it has some of the best amenities around-​virtual golf, pool, and shuffle board-​we play those and go on «dates» when we get a bit restless and want some fun at night but it is a work night so we cannot go out to hit the town! A swim on a hot day is surely our favorite thus far! Also, they have grills! When we had company over we used the grills and grilled up a fun party of a meal for our family and friends! It is convenient to not have to stress over electric vs. gas/​buying a grill for an apartment complex. I would HIGHLY recommend Aria at Steiner Ranch to anyone. All day at work I talk about how great my apartment complex is! I hope anyone who has the chance to visit finds it to be as wonderful as we did. You will not regret choosing Aria! Also, a perk is the coffee bar in the common area-​we love to frequent it a couple times a week. And for all you celiacs out there/​gluten free friends there is occasionally gluten-​free cookies in the lounge! I hope to see you around at Aria-​you will love it!

Tons of a miscommunication between call center and actual leasing office. We went and liked it and we wanted a 6 months lease we filled an application and everything and it got approved but there were issues around income proof because we are new to the state. However we offered to pay the full term lease (all 6 months) and they said no. Umm lol! Anyway we tried to work it out but the staff that was there on the weekend. Specifically Maria was very rude and obnoxious on the phone. Things change every time you call or see them. My agent called them and told us what to give them on Monday so we went there and we had some stuff to proof income and they were still nit picking on little things. So we ended up walking away. Because it’s stupid not to take 6 months rent in advance. The manager also didn’t bother to address and acknowledge us as people. So we went to meritage right next door. We saved $ 400/​month for a bigger place. And the community has been there for a while and they got their stuff figured out. They know many people in our shoes and know how to deal. Obviously the first thing credit check is everything and it shows great history and that’s that. Aria is a nice club house and pool although not very kid friendly if ur a family, but it’s run by an ignorant manager and misinformed and not well trained staff unfortunately.

Aria Steiner Ranch is awesome! The leasing staff has always been helpful, friendly, and made my move in a seamless process! The units are finished like no other apartment I’ve lived in and has more of a condo feel then an apartment. Yes, construction is still taking place, but it is far enough along that it doesn’t even bother me. The complex has a resort style feel to it and the amenities are awesome! The state of the art gym is perfect and the pool area is breathtaking! The location may be far out for some, but the money you’ll save versus living downtown is worth the drive. Aria neighbors the Steiner Ranch Steakhouse which has an amazing brunch, happy hour, and a beautiful view of Lake Travis from its patio with live music on occasion. I would definitely refer my friends to Aria!

A first impression is everything. Recently my s/​o and I visited Aria to check out their 2/2’s. The property was beautiful but not finished. As we arrived, were greeted very rudely by one of the leasing agents. Without even saying hello, how are you, she asked for our IDs name and phone number. Her entire attitude was unwelcoming and extremely cold. We asked multiple questions about certain units and she had no idea. We asked her if she could show us the unit we were inquiring about and she said absolutely not. Every answer coming out of her mouth was «no» or «I don’t know». The tour itself lasted a total of 6 minutes. She had nothing to say about the units or amenities. It really just seemed like she wanted to get it over with as soon as possible. Now I understand working on a Saturday stinks, but as a leasing agent, you are a direct liaison to your property. And because of you, rude leasing agent, there is no way I am going to live at Aria.

Called in for a quote, that lady at the office misinformed us about the price, and had us drove all the way up there, then suddenly gave us another quote with an additional $ 200 on top of what she quoted at first before we went there. Please dont waste your time to go to this place. And it’s really far up in the woods, u feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere. All she had to say is I’m sorry! hello, sorry cant full my gas tank FYI!!! and my time is MORE valuable !!! DAMN LIARS! AND THE PICTURE ON THEIR WEBSITE IS NOT WHAT YOU SEE, CONSTRUCTION IS STILL GOING ON. WHY DID YOU MAKE US DRIVE ALL THE WAY UP THERE TO TELL US CRAP!!! YES, THE LADY WHO SAID SHE’S FROM COLORADO… YOU’RE THE ONE I’M TALKING TO!
