I don’t usually leave reviews (and almost never leave 5 stars), but these guys inspired me. I called ATX Bail Bonds to ask a question about bail (of course I got the call at 4 in the morning and had never tried to bail someone out before), and left a message. They returned my call promptly, were super friendly, and told me bail would probably not be required in this instance (although they never mentioned a fee, this clearly meant they wouldn’t be getting paid for this call).
They then proceeded to walk me through exactly what steps I would need to take, including giving me the relevant phone numbers to call (plus extension!), booking numbers, etc, as well as a general idea of how long each process could take. Very friendly, very polite, and very helpful, and all without any expectations of getting paid. This was excellent customer service, and if I’m ever in a situation where it turns out I do need a bail bondsman, this is the first place I’m calling.

A good friend/​neighbor got popped for a possession charge today (tried warning him NOT to run red lights when he’s carrying). By the time I found out and got ahold of his girl to let her know — ATX Bail bonds already had him out. Made me wish these guys were in Houston when I got in trouble years back. Kind of felt like a weak neighbor til I realized it’s just how fast these motherhumpers work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to get someone bailed…
