Business Owner

Dr. Vaughan joined Austin Allergy Associates in 1992. Dr. Vaughan is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and a Fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with majors in chemistry and biology. Dr. Vaughan received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas College of Medicine in 1980. For thirteen years, Dr. Vaughan served as a medical officer in the U. S. Army where he completed internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. He received his Allergy and Immunology Fellowship training in Denver at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center. Vaughan later served as teaching staff in allergy/​immunology at Fitzsimons and finally as program director of the Allergy-​Immunology Fellowship program at Fitzsimons.
