Our members are rental housing private owners and management companies, as well as companies who provide products and service to the industry.
History
Established in 1964.
Chartered as an affiliate member of the Texas Apartment Association in 1964 to create an advocacy group for rental housing owners and operators. Original members wished to foster best practices and create standardized forms to be used in the rental housing industry.
