As you barrel your German-​Engineered Battle Benz across the country in search of humanity, you’ll be so grateful and satisfied with your purchase of, by far, the best sedan ever made, period. In the mean time you’ll be happy with Robert and the crew keeping yours serviced. German engineers seem to almost always design their cars as if they were making moon rockets: great performance for a brief period of time, then spectacular and expensive failure. Not the w123 chassis. These cars were the last produced under the old «luxury» car philosophy where a high initial price was amortized over an amazing potential service life by the simple rituals of maintenance.

Your reIf you want great service at a very reasonable price for your Mercedes Benz or your BMW, please see these people. They are the best in the business. There are NO service shop, technicians, or even a dealer that is perfect. Austin Autohaus comes very near the kind of work that any car customers will be satisfied. More importantly the reasonable cost and quality repair.
The question is do they diagnose the problem correctly? Yes, and you can question how they arrive with the issue. They will be happy to prove the outcome of the diagnosis.
The question is do they fix what you tell them the issue is and correctly fixed? Yes, the confidence is so good, if not fixed… Just let them know. The Mercedes and BMW that they repair with my cars, nothing is perfect, but they will make it perfect and make you happy person. Believe me!
The question is are you sensible with your concerns or maintenance with you luxury cars? Yes, and Austin Autohaus will make sure it is sensible to replace it before you start throwing your money on items that does not need replacing. That’s what dealers do.

Been having some issues with my truck and the folks there got it running like new. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Go see Robert to get all of your issues solved. This place has replaced /​repaired my entire transmission and several other parts on my E500 now. Extremely fair pricing coupled with their level of expertise is impossible to find for a German engineered car. From an oil change, bulb replacement, to ball joints and transmissions, this place does it all! It’s sad to see one negative review by Thien N. knowing that it has a high probability of being a fake write. I say jokingly to the front desk at Autohaus «I hope to never see you again» — but when the time comes or the parts break, I know I am in good hands. Thank you to all the employees for making such a pain staking trip to the repair shop seem smooth and hassle-​free. Hats off to Robert Jr. and company! Please don’t ever go away!

I know nothing about cars, so I worry about whether or not I’m good at picking a great auto repair place that won’t take advantage of my obvious lack of knowledge. I’ve tried a lot of places over the years, never feeling completely comfortable. However, when I found Austin Autohaus, I could finally relax knowing I found an awesomely capable group of mechanics. The folks here are polite, can fix anything, and are very reasonable. Frankly, I can’t possibly say enough good things about my experiences here. I won’t go anywhere else.

I am a price shopper until I started using Austin Autohaus. Twice they saved me so much money that I refuse to go anywhere else. Their work is completely reliable, they are completely honest, and they always get it right the first time.
I have suggested Scott and his team to many friends, who now refuse to go to any other Mercedes mechanic.

Being a business owner myself, I definitely appreciate what Scott and the whole staff do at Austin Autohaus. I have an 87 turbo diesel wagon and they do the best work for my car & to ensure my family is safe. I won’t go anywhere else.

I took my car in twice to fix the engine light that came on. Scott (the owner) told me that something was wrong and charged me $ 350 to fix it. Not even a day later, the light came back on. I took the car back and he said that he couldn’t find anything wrong. A few months later I took it back, he said it was some sensor problem. I paid another $ 400 to get that fixed. Two days later the light came back on. Same thing, he couldn’t find anything when I took it back. Finally, I took it to Mercedes place and they fixed it for $ 250 and the light is now off for good. Don’t waste your money at this place!!!

I’ve been taking by C 220 to Autohaus for a while now. They do quality work at reasonable rates. Scott has always been up-​front and honest and has saved me a lot of money in the process. Example — the car was overheating a while ago. I took it to one place that wanted to overhaul basically the whole cooling system. Autohaus said it was one switch that cost under $ 75 to replace.
