Business Owner

My name is Holley Quijano, and I am a Pastry Chef and founder of Austin Cake Studio. I am also a Graduate of Texas Culinary Academy– Le Cordon Bleu, here in Austin, TX. I left the corporate world in the dust and set out to do what I love sans cubicle! So far the industry of cakes and pastries has opened up a whole new world of creativity and excitement in me, and I can’t wait to see where this industry takes me.

I used Austin Cake Studio to make my husband’s 40th birthday cake. He is a huge mountain biker. Holley made him a mountain with a bike at the top. It was so creative. The rocks on the mountain were made out of chocolate. We added casino chips at the bottom as he was having a casino party for his birthday.
It was a huge hit! Not only was it great to look at but it was delicious. The inside was red velvet. The cake was moist and we got a ton of complements on how good it tasted.
Holley was very professional and easy to communicate with. I realized the day of the party I hadn’t double checked with her as I did with all the other vendors for the party. It didn’t matter she showed up on time just like she had stated earlier. A pleasure to do business with. I will use Austin Cake Studio again. I will also recommend them to anyone that needs a special cake to made.
Great vendor and great talent. Go ahead call her!

oh My GOODNESS! This is by far the best cake I have ever eaten. ACS made this carrot cake that was so good I probably ate three pieces, and I don’t even like carrot cake. And when I say pieces I mean more like giant slabs of sugary goodness.
You know when you find something that you can’t believe is so good and you smile a bit because it is going to be a huge hit. Yeah, this is it. Watch out Austin, there is a new baker in town and she is serving up some of the best creamy cake concoctions I’ve ever seen!

I know ACS makes beautiful cakes and that is really their speciality, but I have to rave about the cookies, too! Holley made a ton of wonderful Mexican Wedding cookies for wedding favors for us. These were the best, most melt in your mouth, and beautiful cookies ever. They were on time, delicious, and perfect!
