Earlier this month, I was scrambling to get info on my property in order to file a protest with the city over my appraisal value. I contacted my previous realtor and was waiting in limbo to hear from him. So, I contacted Elena and she went right to work! Despite her all-​day conference she was attending, she made the time to respond and send me all the information I needed so quickly. Not only is she wonderfully helpful, but also thorough and a great resource. I would highly recommend her as a realtor in this busy Austin market!

Elena helped us find a home in Rosedale after working with her for only two weeks. I work a lot. She would preview homes and let me know which ones I should see which helped me make the most of my time. I love my new house. It’s one mile from work and 1.5 miles from my daughter’s school. I can also walk to restaurants and coffee shops. It’s the perfect location. She made it all very easy including offering the right bid! I recommend her without reservation.

Elena was my realtor when purchasing my new home this fall. I was looking for something VERY specific. There was no guarantee that we would ever find the place that I was looking for. However, whenever a possible winner came on the market, Elena dropped what she was doing and rushed to check out the place with me. With the real estate market the way it is in Austin, things move FAST and realtors have to be responsive and ready to move at a moments notice. Elena was all this and more. She eventually found me the perfect place and handled a somewhat difficult negotiation process like a champ. I’d recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

Elena was our realtor when we sold our house in Rosedale earlier this year, and I can confidently say that we would not have sold it as quickly nor for as good a price as we did with her. She also went above and beyond to help as far as open houses, showings and keeping the house looking great while it was on the market (especially considering we lived over thirty minutes away at the time). It was a great experience, and we will definitely be using her again.
