I used to view GCs as just overseers of the job and not actual workers on the job. Lance’s subs are superb, but Lance himself works personally on his jobs as well and has incredible attention to detail.
Lance remodeled our office building in 2010 and did an amazing job. He worked with our architect and made adjustments therefrom that saved us a bundle. He ultimately came in under budget and on time. I cringed when I told him just three years later that we wanted to add another 1000 sq ft to the building, reroute the staircase, build a deck, etc, etc. But once again, Lance didn’t disappoint. He came in under budget (again) and on time. He’s also a great person and extremely sensitive to making sure the job is done right. You can’t go wrong with Lance. He’s also as honest as the day is long. Our bankers that financed the remodel were also really impressed with him. I would recommend Lance to anyone.
