I have used Austin Lawn Pro two times for major yard clean-​up, trimming trees, etc. They did a great job were very affordable. Joe is great to work with, came out at the appointed time, and his guys were able to come out fairly quickly. I would totally recommend them.

Beware Price Gouger! GET A FORMAL PRICE QUOTE FIRST! I asked you to come to my home in Rough Hollow 2 yrs ago. I asked you to mow weed and blow the 30×30 size front yard. You came to do the lawn without submitting a formal bid nor a verbal price agreement. After you sent me the invoice of $ 160! I went to get 2 other formal quotes on the same service from 2 different local lawn companies. They submitted a formal quote of $ 35! I then called you to tell you that your un-​formal invoice amount was outrageously more than the local going rate and that I offered to pay you that amount. You refused. I have been receiving threats from your collection agency to pay the $ 160 invoice or they will put the debt to collect on Equifax, TransUnion and Experian. If you do not contact me to collect the amount that I can prove is the rate for lawn care and remove my account from your Merchants & Professional Credit Bureau within the next 30 minutes, you will have this text posted for all to see on your Google and Unilocal review. Which mind you, that is how I looked you up in the Lakeway area so if you want to take into account how you wrongfully performed your services by price gouging a new customer unlawfully binding me to an outrageous overpriced lawn service then I would consider my request. I’m speculating why you are just now trying to collect a 2 year old debt is because your business is suffering obviously from bad business practices.

Joe started out good but then became impossible to get in contact with.
Recently my wife tried to contact Joe several times over a two week period with no response to emails or phone calls. We liked using Joe as he did know what he was doing but not being able to communicate is Joe’s big problem and hence the reason we have unfortunately had to stop using his services. There is only so many times you can try to contact someone.

Had and appointment with Joe, the time of the appointment passed, no phone call, no email no text. I attempted to call 30 minutes after the appointed time and left a message on his voice mail. I emailed asking if he intended to meet as scheduled. A no show after an hour passed with no call or message. Missed opportunity for Austin Lawn Pro. Someone else will get the job only because of the failure to communicate.

We just had our back yard re-​sodded and added 3 trees. We had multiple quotes but chose Joe/​Austin Lawn Pro based on his expertise, willingness to come out multiple times and answer questions, and price. He worked with us on selecting the right trees, provided pictures from the nursery before purchasing them, and was great to work with. He was on-​site numerous times over the course of the job, and we are very satisfied with the finished product!
