Love my esthetician, Erica! Her sweet and positive personality in addition to the excellent IPL and microneedling combination! The atmosphere is wonderful as is the staff!

I have been going to Austin Med Spa for a variety of treatments for the past six years. Suzette, the owner, is a sweetheart. She does not push *any* products or treatments and gives you a very realistic overview of results/​pain level etc. So many places gloss over but Suzette tells it like it is.
I’ve seen Chrissy before and she’s terrific — has a light touch and you will leave looking refreshed but not «done.» She does a great job with fillers.
Erica is my new love. I started seeing her for facials and photo facials after seeing Heidi for a million years. I thought Heidi was irreplacable (her energy is so good and she knows everything about skin) but I adore Erica just as much. She is a perfectionist and a very talented joyful person to be around.

If you want results without spending a fortune, AMS is a wonderful choice for botox, fillers and any skin care. Love these ladies!

I went to Austin Med Spa years ago and had a great experience. I have since returned a couple of months ago because I am in my late 50’s and wanted recommendations for skin care. I met with Suzette for a consultation. She will give you many options that are available. She will not pressure you at all to buy the recommended products or services. She is very knowledgeable, professional, caring and her goal is to make the client happy and comfortable. I have had Botox (my first time ever, didn’t hurt at all) Skin Pen and photo facial treatments. My skin looks so much better! Erica did my Skin Pen and photo facial treatments and she is great! She made me feel comfortable, kept making sure that I wasn’t hurting and she has a very upbeat personality. She along with Suzette care about the client and wants us to see results and be happy with them. Latisha is the receptionist and she is very friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend Austin Med Spa!

Let me start by saying that this is my first medical spa experience. I set out seeking a product to help in mitigating some chronic facial fat loss issues that have been difficult. I had tried some facial fillers in the past. While they worked well the results were short lived. Austin Med Spa was one of the few that offers the product Belafil. Befall is a bit longer lasting so you want an experienced clinician to administer this product. I met Chrissy at my first appointment. She is absolutely one of the most authentic, empathetic and compassionate people I’ve ever encountered. She allowed me to feel at ease and stewarded the process in a way that reminded me of how customer service used to be. Person centered and tailored to your need, not the product line or just the bottom line. The results are amazing and the staff at Austin Med Spa are phenomenal. I will recommend Austin Med Spa to anyone seeking the kind of spa services they provide. Thank you so much Chrissy! And thank you Suzette for your business intuition and experience. I highly recommend Austin Med Spa. The staff is friendly and professional. I had a couple of visits recently for spider vein treatment with Chrissy. She was great! She gives you all the information about the procedure and what to expect, etc. She is very personable and gentle. She constantly checked to make sure I felt comfortable. You can tell she really cares about her clients, their well-​being and the overall experience!

It’s always intimidating to try something new, so the first time I came here for a little ‘refreshing’ I wasn’t exactly sure what I was getting myself into… but the staff here, specially Chrissy and Heidi have been nothing but fabulous. I’m a RN so I’m always asking questions (did you know that as we age the facial bones thin? Who woulda thought?) and everyone is more than helpful and clear explaining procedures, products and just generally are nice people. The spa is clean, comfortable and relaxing… what else can you ask for?

At 31, and not aging nicely I decided it was time to begin my beauty régime. After my initial consultation with Chrissy, I felt more at ease and confident about my future beauty outcomes!!! I asked 101 questions;she answered everyone with kindness, and professionalism-​not to mention was very thorough and knowledgable with every procedure and product she recommended!

Excellent service! If you are considering laser services this is the best experience I have ever had. Heidi is by far the best Esthetician in regards to laser hair removal. I have gone to other spas and had laser and left bleeding, swollen, in pain and tears for days. With Heidi, I literally said, «that’s it»? The treatment was a 0 on a pain scale of 1 to 10. I could hardly believe it! On top of that, I have had excellent results with just one treatment! Words cannot express my satisfaction with Heidi and Austin Med spa. Go! You will not be disappointed!

This was my first time getting a Microderm and Botox and both Heidi and Suzette were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were also personable and even asked about my life. I left feeling awesome and cannot wait to go back! I love the results!

Austin Med Spa is fantastic. Their facilities are beautiful and private and their interaction with their patients is 100% professional; never rushed, always friendly. I see Chrissy– I actually started seeing her at another spa and followed her when she moved here. I have always been very happy with how she does my injections; she is very gentle and has a natural aesthetic that never leaves me worried about whether I’ll look overdone when I leave.
Will continue to visit Austin Med Spa as the years pass… can’t wait! Also, their prices are good– if you actually compare them to some of the «deal of the day» spas they actually beat many of their prices.

Hands down, Heidi is the best aesthetician in Austin! She spends the time to go over each procedure with you, until you are completely comfortable. Her microdermabrasions are very thorough unlike most others I’ve experienced. If you have problem skin look no further!

Heidi is awesome! She really cares and takes time to explain the treatments and answer all of my endless questions. Her demeanor is so friendly and I always look forward to our visits. Heidi is also great about education. Last time I complained about my skin becoming oily throughout the day and she recommended OC 8, it’s a magical product! I’m looking forward to trying one of her facials as well but if you have ever thought about laser hair removal, think no more, do it! Totally worth the investment and much less painful than waxing. Fantastic results in a pleasant environment. What else could you ask for? Go see Heidi!

I cannot rave enough about Heidi. She is one of the most incredible people I have had the opportunity to meet. You can tell she actually cares about helping you. I have seen Heidi 5 times. My first session, being new to Salicylic acid chemical peels, I had a number of questions and doubled our appointment time! She very informatively and calmly answered all of my questions with amazing knowledge and personality. She even spent time asking about my life.
I was completely shocked after the second appointment she had asked me about something I had told her during my first appointment. I was touched she had followed up and remembered. On my third session, I was her last appointment of the day. She could have rushed me out the door so she could spend the beautiful rest of the Saturday with her family, but instead she spoke to me at great lengths about skin care and personal life and even touched up my make up after the appointment. Heidi has such a kind heart that it seeps through her every day work life. It is so refreshing to see someone who enjoys what she is doing. She actually tells you that she loves extraction (but then at the same time will apologize for inflicting you pain).
I saw numerous other professionals to try to clear up my acne problem. I never felt any of them cared, and were only in for the money. Heidi is a diamond in the rough. Not only does she care, she is genuine. She sent me home with samples to try during my home routine. I trust any recommendation she has because I know she is not in it for the money, but to help. I have never met anyone quite like Heidi. And although I was seeing her during a dark and frustrating time, I was actually very sad when she announced she thought we did not need to make a follow up appointment, which was news that should have been ringing bells to my ears. If you are looking for a professional, that will take the time to sit down with you, Heidi is your gal.
After nearly 2 years of struggling with acne, after seeing Heidi only 5 sessions, I was able to clear up my skin. I am so thankful for this woman, not only for what she has done for me, but that her kind heart is in this world. I would recommend her to anyone I know and any stranger.

I had three laser fractional treatments from Heidi over the course of a year and very happy with my results. Suffering from acne-​scars and chicken pox scarring, I wasn’t sure what treatments would give me the best results for my buck. Heidi explained exactly what fractional would do for me and why she recommended it. I’m glad she did. I used to wear makeup daily to cover up my skin, but now I wear makeup to extenuate my features. This spa is more of a beautification clinic. Typical spas just rub some over-​priced, good-​smelling lotions on your face, but do nothing long term. This place is results-​driven, and that’s what I want to invest in my skin.
Heidi gave me samples for making my skin heal faster and deal comfortably during the aftermath of fractional treatments. I purchased the cooling spray and the epiderm cream which were both awesome products that I recommend for anyone getting fractional. I’m going back to Heidi for future spot fractional treatments and a photo facial next year before my wedding.

I’ve had about every treatment there is, and she always goes over the procedure with me, making me feel comfortable and I’m always totally aware of the results. She’s a complete professional, but also really fun to gab with (think your best friend being able to give you a chemical peel and laser your pits!!).
I would recommend Austin Med Spa to anyone and everyone. Great environment, awesome staff, and don’t miss the make up — to die for! Have them doll you up on your way out, it’ll make you feel even more fabulous.

Heidi, again, was wonderful. I even tried some dermaplaning on a few areas. My skin is so soft! I especially like the gel mask she uses. It has a mild, fresh scent and is really soothing.
I purchased the SPF 40+ GloTherapeutics sunscreen. I liked that it absorbs quickly and is oil free. It kept my skin nicely protected while outdoors this weekend… highly recommend it for summer!

What I love about this place is their friendliness. They treat everyone like and old friend and they really do care about beautifying you in the most effective way for your dollars.
Suzette helped me decide to go with a treatment that I had previously resisted. But, she did it the right way, with education and great information.
