I met Chad Jewell from Austin Office Space many years ago, and was immediately impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the local market. At the time I had no need for his services, but we kept in touch over the years. Recently my company grew out of our space and needed to find something larger, perhaps more modern, and with a much different layout than we had before. I reached out to Chad and he got right to work.
We had a long list of «wants» and «needs», and with the Austin market the way it is, Chad had his work cut out for him. He took the time to understand what was important to us, and helped narrow our search so we wouldn’t waste time on properties that didn’t make sense.
In the end we had to choose between two very good options. Chad did a great job negotiating all aspects of the deal, and we ended up in a wonderful space. We couldn’t be more happy.
I highly recommend Austin Office Space due to their understanding of the market, their personal commitment to their clients, and the professionalism they exhibit throughout the process.

I highly recommend Matt Watson with Austin Office Space. Our group must have been a challenge, (we are five individual health care practitioners with varying tastes, schedules, and needs) but Matt handled that seamlessly. He gave us lots of choices, met with us many times, negotiated a fair deal with the landlord, and was patient and thorough through-​out this multi-​month process.. Thank goodness we don’t have to do this again for a while, but when we do, we will be calling Matt.
