Watch out for these guys! They sent our bill to a collection agency in February 2015 after our bill was paid in full by October 2014; we even have the proof from our bank that they deposited the check we sent them for the full amount back in October. Now we get to deal with the mess of fixing our credit. Thanks but no thanks Austin Skeletal Trauma Specialists. Idiots.

I will follow up with another doctor. I refuse to go back to this office. The secretary is rude. I was put on hold to make an appointment where their phone systems kept rotating me between extensions for 10 minutes. I had to hang up and call back several times to get ahold of anyone. Then I get this absolutely non caring nurse practioner who is just pulling off the splint. It seemed like she was seeing how fast she could take it off. I fell and fractured my elbow in two places two nights ago. I got to see the doctor for a whole minute, who asked what happened. I told him and he went seriously. I went yeah he goes that’s embarrassing I would lie. Then on the way out I got hit with the full cost of appointment which we were not told about prior. Although from the look of the place it’s obvious they need it.

This is a highly skilled office practice with exceptional physicians. A must go for any type of bone injury. Dr Laverty is awesome! Very personable and spends time explaining your injury and how he can help you. I never feel rushed.
Don’t let the name scare you — they see any orthopedic situation. The office is easily accessible from the street down from the entrance of Brack.
One of the best doctors in the city.
