Aric really knows his stuff when it comes to detailing. He did a fantastic job with the interior, and exterior. He was able to pull out the stains from my jeans on the front seat and clean up all the little spills in the carpets. He was also exceptionally patient with my schedule allowing my drop off the car for a weekend while I was out of town. He also did a great job of keeping me up to date on what was going on with the detail work. I couldn’t be happier.

I can’t say enough good things about Aric and his crew. I had my 10 year old car detailed and the results were phenomenal. I never thought my car could look like new again! Do you believe in car detailing alchemy? We sure didn’t until we discovered Aric and his team. Aric has a true passion for his trade and he clearly demonstrated this passion when he transformed our weathered, Lexus RX into a shiny gem. The car hadn’t been detailed in 10 years and had suffered 5 years of child car abuse. We dropped it off at 8a and they worked practically nonstop on the car until 5p. The services they performed included an interior restoration of the vehicle (2x shampooing of our heavily soiled carpet and mats, vinyl protecting, and professionally conditioning our leather upholstery) an exterior washing and sealing, and a 2-​phase paint touch up of the entire vehicle. We cannot be more pleased and appreciative of the exceptional treatment we received. A+!

My wife’s car was awful. And he made it look brand new. I mean there was oil spilled in the backseat and it’s gone. Spoiled milk in the cup holder and it’s gone. With tinting on top of that I couldn’t even recognize the car!
We needed the car to be ready for a baby and I totally feel safe putting a child in this car now.

I brought my car to them looking really rough. It had deep swirl marks all over it as well as numerous long scratches. It looked like it had been raced through briar bushes. I was hoping to get rid of the swirl marks as best as possible and I figured that the scratches might be lightened up a bit, but I figured that most of it I would just be living with permanently. Well, they pulled off something just short of a miracle as the swirl marks were eradicated and almost all of the scratches were gone. Also, the car was sparkling clean and the smelled like a new car in and out. I will definitely do business with them again.

I’m extremely happy with the service that I received here. I was also impressed with the attention and detail that Aric and his partner put on my car. Even after a week, my car is still clean, smooth, and shiny! They even cleaned the hard to reach spots in the inside where my dog conveniently vomited. I don’t know how, but Aric also made the scratches outside my car look less noticeable. Overall, they did an awesome job! If you’re looking to get your car cleaned, this is the place to go.

Our Miata is beautiful, iridescent, so shiny! I don’t think it looked this good when we bought it. Who knew there were flecks of gold and blue and more in that paint? Not us!

Aric is Amazing, my husband’s Audi TT RS looked new, we just took her in to get a little touch up, but somehow he made it look better than new, the exterior looks so vibrant and sooooo red! You can even see yourself in the finish. I can not say enough good things about the service and the care Aric took with the car and how fantastic he was to deal with. Thank you for a job done ridiculously well! :) We will be sure to tell everyone we can about you!

My car looks better than when I bought it! Aric was great in setting true expectations like possibly not being able to have my front bumper look perfect if the stuck on bugs had damaged the paint. However, they absolutely made my car look perfect inside and out. Truly there isn’t a spot, crumb or dog hair anywhere to be found which I didn’t think was possible. He even painted the big scratch on my door without my asking. I’ll definitely be back.

UPDATE! 1÷23÷2016
I love my car again.
That sounds like a simple thing, but it’s not. I don’t own many nice things, so I cherish all that I have. My 2016 Honda Civic (with approximately 2000 miles) was broken into. This left glass all over the inside of my car. I was devastated.
Honestly, my first thought was to trade it in and take a hit. It was mostly just the principle. Someone violated my personal property. It sucked. I hated my car as a result of it.
Aric at Mobile Cartronix did what I assumed would be impossible; he made me love my car again. It didn’t really hit me until after I picked my car up and was about halfway home, but I was on I-​35 heading north and was suddenly overwhelmed with happiness. My car looked better than the day I bought it. It smelled better. And although it’s entirely placebo, I swear it DROVE better.
I’m almost in tears at this point thinking about it.
Aric, you have a customer for life and will have plenty more heading your way. Again, you did what I truly thought was impossible.

Huge improvement in my 8 year old Honda’s appearance inside and out. Like new interior.
I had never cleaned the interior, so there was grime around many of the nooks and crannies, like on the steering wheel, arm rest, and dash controls. This was all completely removed, something I didn’t think was possible.
The owner went above and beyond to find matching touch-​up paint to repair some scrapes on my bumper, something I greatly appreciate.
It was very convenient with pickup and delivery at my office. The owner explained the process in detail and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about how they use multiple approaches for complete restoration.
I highly recommend the service!

Holy miracle worker!!!
I can’t even explain the miracle that was performed on my car. After having literally over a hundred dogs in there, I was hopeless about trading it in. The owner was super nice, accommodating, and very easy to reach. He was realistic about what could be done to my car so you can imagine my surprise when I saw my car looking all shiny and new!!! Even the dog hair was gone!!! That has not ever happened before in any of my cars. People usually tell me it’s an impossible undertaking. But they did it!!!
He even picked it up and brought it back after working on it for the day. I’m no longer feeling hopeless about trading in my car!!! Thank you so much. I was seriously so worried, and I have absolutely no regrets about using them again. Tell your friends. Tell your family. Take your car here. For real.

I am selling my wife’s car and it was a complete disaster. My daughter had spilt food and drinks in the car, got gum stuck to the middle console, and it was just in really bad shape physically. I took it to these guys and they did an excellent job! They got out the gum, cleaned the seats really well, polished it, waxed it, etc. Car looks so new I don’t want to sell it anymore. I will for sure take my vehicles to them in the future. Very impressed!

My car is parked in the sun all day. I decided to get my windows tinted to help combat the heat buildup.
I emailed and called a few different places in Austin. I ended up scheduling an appointment with Aric at the end of my call. Here’s why:
1. They only use the highest quality tint. Other places have several grades of tint, and their highest quality tint is more expensive than Mobile CarTronix.
2. Aric gave me a highly competitive price for my two front windows, two rear windows, two small cargo windows, back windshield, and clear film on the front windshield.
3. I didn’t know much about light transmission, but Aric was able to recommend different tint levels for the front and back windows.
4. Even though Aric was extremely busy (we played phone tag for a bit), he patiently answered every question I had.
It has been 5 days since the job was completed; it took 2 hours from drop off to pick up (less than other places stated). The one bubble that was in the windshield film vanished after 24 hours; the installation is flawless. As a bonus, it feels like I’m in a luxury car and it cools down much faster.
I would not hesitate in recommending this place to anyone looking to get their windows tinted. Thanks, Aric!

I just moved from California to Austin (like 1 million other people it seems like) and my car was transported in an open carrier truck. Needless to say, when it arrived in Austin it was a mess. Ok, it was also partially my fault, the inside needed help as well…
I called CarTronix and their owner Aric walked me through all the different packages they offer. His schedule was rather full but he moved things around to accommodate my schedule and basically made feel important, which is always a big win.
He picked up my car one morning at my work and brought it back to me 8 hours later. Amazed, yes I was! My car looked, felt and smelled like a new car. His price was very reasonable for the work it took to make my car shiny… if I could give Aric/​His company 10 stars I would and believe me I am a hard customer to please (I am a woman).

I’ve had my Toyota Camry for two years now and with a 6 yr old who had food particles everywhere, melted crayons in the seat, etc., and myself who practically lived in my car, it was in desperate need of an auto detail. Unfortunately, it also had some recent mold/​mildew growth and finding someone who was capable not only of removing it but getting me in ASAP was pretty difficult until I spoke to Aric at Mobile Cartronix.
He explained to me what the eight others I called before didn’t: It takes more than shampoo to get rid of mold/​mildew. He didn’t guarantee he could get it out completely but he said he would try. I admired his honesty more than anything and decided to go with this company. I was SUPER impressed by the work that was done! His promptness in picking up the vehicle, his thoroughness in detailing, and his willingness to solve other issues unrelated to detailing with my car is the reason I’m writing this review.
Overall, I would give this company 10 stars if I could simply because of the high level of customer service. The detailing was phenomenal also. I am planning to get my windows tinted next with them. Keep up the great work!
