Last repair he disconnected ac and blower, ac was not working right, had nothing to do with alternator took it back so he could reconnect it all of a sudden he don’t remember doing it nor telling me about it. Had him repair alternator in my other car 2003 Ford CV and he charged 200 mark up on price (so he can warranty it lol). and put a smaller alt. than what he could have put in for a cheaper price and would have been better for a interceptor. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

Yes I used to take my vehicle to Drakes as well. I always dealt with Danny he was the heart and soul of that place now that he owns it even better! If you want GOOD, HONEST, QUALITY work you need to take your vehicle to Danny. He is the best at what he does. I have taken my vehicles to him for years. I dont go any where else. I needed to get some engine work done in order to get my car to pass inspection and get a registration renewal. I worked with Danny the whole time from start to finish. He was very honest with me. He said it could be a tough one since I had never done any repairs on my car since I bought it in 2014. Long story short he assessed the problems in a timely matter. He gave me a quote and obtained my permission before he started any of the work. The price was reasonable and he didn’t charge my any tax. He used all factory parts, not the cheap Auto Zone stuff. And when the check engine light persisted he got down to the root of the problem with me and helped me figure out why. He ran another diagnostic on my car free of charge. It ended up being the Catalytic Converter. He recommended me to someone he knew and they did a great job just as he had. Car has now passed inspection and has been reregistered. Hands down the best automotive shop ever. I’m never taking my car anywhere else and you shouldn’t either!

I own several collector cars. Recently, I blew the 4 speed transmission in my ’69 Chevelle SS. While they mostly work on automatics, they accepted my 4 speed with enthusiasm. It was removed and rebuilt in minimal time. They were very careful with the paint. It shifted and ran great after I picked it up. Danny was great to work with and kept me informed along the way. I will definitely go back for future repairs! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I’ve been going to Drake automotive for years. Drake’s service writer, Danny, has always been straightforward and honest, and I’ve found their work to be high quality.
Drake is now B&H, with the ownership changed to Danny while keeping the same employees. So from what I can tell, it’s essentially the exact same place.

I can’t say enough about B&H! I’ve been dealing with a pesky computer problem in my Tahoe for a few months now that I could not get to the bottom line of. The technician did a free diagnostic exam & figured out I had a computer glitch right off the bat! They swapped out the computer part & had me back in business ASAP! I will be using B&H for all of my auto needs from this point forward!
