Eugene was so helpful when we bought and built our first home last year! He was with us every step of the way. From submitting our offer and negotiating in some upgrades to the final walk through when the home was finally built he was there. He even came to our closing with us. We could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and helpful person to have with us throughout the process. He isn’t just a salesperson either, he is very down to earth and genuinely wants you to be happy and comfortable when buying a home. I would highly recommend him to friends and family looking to buy or sell!

I bought my first home/​rental property with Eugene, which I never thought I would be able to do on my own; Eugene helped me EVERY step of the way. I definitely would not have been able to do this without his help. He put up with all of my questions, indecisiveness, and countless text and phone calls. He reassured me along the way, and kept my stress levels down!

Eugene was professional, organized and extremely helpful in finding a house in my price range. He was very patient as he took us through listing to listing to several neighborhoods and he kept us up to date through the whole process. As a choice was made on the house after about 3+ months of looking, he helped out working through all the details, paperwork and the process of dealing with an out of city purchaser. He was very responsive to emails and calls throughout the entire process, including dealing with our attempt to buy a short sale with a non-​responsive bank. After those months and months, I finally have a home and fully appreciate all his hard work throughout our months of looking

I just closed on my new condo and couldn’t be happier. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and found my home easily, but as a first-​time homebuyer I was still extremely intimidated by the process. Eugene was there for me every step of the way from recommending a lender who would make the mortgage process easy to answering my laundry list of questions about the process, HOA’s, etc, helping to negotiate my offer and following up with the inspector, title company and my lender to make sure I got to closing on time. He did a great job for me and I would recommend him without hesitation to any of my friends or fellow Unilocalers who are looking for a home or thinking about buying in the future.

I bought my first home with Eugene last year. He pulled up several listings for me and of course, I wanted to see them all! He was very patient with me as we went from house to house looking for the perfect home. He pointed out foundation damage and other reasons why certain houses may not be right for me. He was very honest and was not just looking for a sale. We finally found the house I eventually bought, and Eugene walked me through the process every step of the way. Whenever I had a question, he was there. If he didn’t know the answer, he got back to me. I had even contacted him several months later asking for contractor recommendations and he was there to help. I really appreciate his time, effort, and honesty.
I’m now moving out of Austin, and I contacted Eugene to help me with the leasing process. He helped me with the paper work and even took the responsibility to work with his team to run the new tenant’s background/​credit checks.
