Great company. Kyle and Lisa are great to work with, they made sure everything was done to our satisfaction, met with my adjuster I had issues in the past with the old insurance company not wanting to replace our roof. I ask for special attention to be taken for what we believed was a leak over our front porch sure enough was, they fixed leak and I love the way the roof looks. Great Job done in a day clean up perfect and lower price then I was quoted with another company.

Todd from Battalion came out promptly and thoroughly inspected the roof before sending me his bid. Very helpful answering questions, and options, just a great guy, very professional.
Their bid was not the lowest, but quite reasonable so I went with them based on their Unilocal reviews.
The team showed up as scheduled, and did a great job. Cleaned up thoroughly after. My roof looks great, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone. Also, I needed some follow up work done on the gutters they installed and Todd sent a team out to address the issue the next day!

He stood me up during the crazy rain storm last weekend. He said he couldn’t come out to check anything but he had a guy who would be here within an hour to put a tarp on the house until he could. Two hours go by and I ask Stephen for an update. He says the guy went to Home Depot for a tarp. Another two hours and Stephen says «he will be there.» Day turns to night and it’s pouring, so clearly no one can put a tarp on anything in the dark. I text Stephen again and he says his guy isn’t answering his calls. That’s it? Thanks for absolutely nothing. And what’s up with not knowing where your workers are? I don’t buy it. And if it’s true then he’s got bigger problems than this review. Best of luck with your «business.»

After having a horrible experience with two other roofing companies, I found Battalion. I was able to quickly get in touch with the owner, Stephen. From the beginning, he was professional, fair and courteous. Also, he was 50% LESS (!!!) then any other quote I received!!!

We loved this company from the start:
After the huge storm in May this year (2015) were afraid we’d have some hail damage, so we called in a roofing company recommended to us by another friend and of course our insurance adjuster to see if we needed to make repairs.
Kyle came out to look at it and he saw a hole in our roof that could easily allow water damage into our house. He immediately tarpped it for us at no charge or guarantee that we would hire him at that point. He did it just because he’s a stand-​up guy and didn’t want our house damaged. In the end Kyle determined that we would need an entire new roof.
Then we called in the adjuster (who apparently was a new guy we found out later) and he agreed we needed repairs, but disagreed that we needed an entire new roof. Kyle was adamant that we needed it replaced and not just a band-​aid, so we talked to our insurance company and they sent out another more experienced adjuster. Kyle came out to meet him personally to make sure he saw what needed to be fixed.
In the end Kyle got our insurance company agree that the entire roof needed replacing and the rest was smooth sailing! They did the entire job in 1 day and cleaned everything up as if no one was ever there. His wife and daughter stopped by a couple times to check in with us and they were just lovely! It was amazing and effortless on our part.
We’ve had nightmare experiences with contractors, so these guys just blew us away with their quick response time, professionalism, truthfulness, and their ability to save us money. They gave us great discounts, and incentive to recommend them to anyone, and we definitely would!
HIRE THESE GUYS IMMEDIATELY! And if FYI, we live in Steiner Ranch, so chances are you have damage too if you live in the area, don’t wait for the next rainy season to make these repairs… call them now!

Cannot recommend this company highly enough.
When I went through this experience years ago, the other company took 4 days to complete my roof. After the recent storm, Battalion finished in one day.
They also upgraded my felt and valley protection above and beyond the insurance claim. We have had some heavy rains in late June and I am happy to report no leaks.
They also installed ridge vent, and I may have them back to install a radiant barrier in my attic.
The most important thing was everything was done as promised. We were not the first in our neighborhood to use these guys, nor were we the last.

Terry O’Brien was super to work with and the crew did a great job on our roof and repair of other hail-​related damage. They completed the work quickly and were thorough in their cleanup. I recommend them if you need roof repair or replacement or other storm damage repairs!

Battalion Roofing’s owner, Steven was true to his word. He takes care of you and if you’re a veteran like me, he will give you the discount credit you deserve (which saved me thousands). The working crewmen were amazingly fast (they replaced my entire roof in one day with high quality hurricane proof shingles). Then they cleaned up all debris and even left me a few shingle packages leftover for future use. Also included a 10 year warranty on top of that. Amazing service. Highly recommended.

They were wonderful! They worked hard to get our business, and continued to work hard through the entire process. I don’t have any complaints with their quality of work, and their communication was great! They always responded right away. I would recommend them to anyone!

Stephen the owner is the most down to earth, shoot you straight business man. He made me feel so relaxed and he explained all the insurance «greek» in term i could understand!
We bought our FIRST home and then 3 months later the hail messed up our roof and the insurance wanted us to come out of pocket about $ 1,000…like i have $ 1,000 extra bucks lying around after BUYING A HOUSE… aahh the plight of home owning. But Stephen took care of it and i have a gorgeous new roof no cost to me :-)
Also his crew was done at about 4pm AMAZING!

These guys are awesome! I had a bad experience with roofers back in 2005, so this time I made sure to read the reviews on Unilocal.Battalion scored very high and when I called, they not only responded quickly, but spent over an hour with me reviewing the options and the steps I needed to take to deal with my insurance company.
My ordeal turned out to be extremely complex and lengthy (having to fight with my insurance company) but Terry O’Brien and Stephen (the owner) were by my side EVERY step of the way. I am totally grateful and appreciative to find people like Terry and Stephen. They stepped up to the plate and didn’t let me down.
The bottom line here is: I got a fantastic roof, they did an incredible job, Terry and Stephen are very accessible and easy to communicate with. I’d give this company 10 stars if I could.

I recently had the misfortune of finding a leak in our roof after the crazy rains we just had. I sheepishly called Battalion Roofing to schedule a time for them to come out and look at our roof. Stephen, the owner of the company, took my call and came out to personally inspect the damage. Man am I glad I chose Battalion out of the sea of roofers out there! Our roof had so much unknown hail and wind damage. I was really shocked when I got up on the roof and saw all of the missing shingles. Stephen took the time to educate me on the issues and the proper solution. I ended up having to reach out to our insurance company (I need another Unilocal review for that experience). Stephen took countless calls to explain the process and help us decide the best option for our roof and our budget. Our new roof was installed today and y’all it is gorgeous! I realize I am talking about a roof, but seriously the immediate improvement on the exterior look of our house is amazing.
The Battalion team was a solid group of guys. They were punctual, super fast, and left a very clean work place. These guys are so professional. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great job on our roof. The guys got here on a Saturday at 8 a.m. and immediately started. There was a pretty large crew and they were very friendly and respectful of our space and plans for the day. They put the roof on quickly and cleaned up the entire mess in one day. Looks great! Will recommend to all friends and family.

These guys are awsome! We needed a roof replacement, but our insurance company was a bit stingy with the money. Battalion Roofing quoted me a price within my budget AND gave me a great deal on some additional, unexpected work, that needed to be done. They showed up when they said they would show up, they completed the work in one day and we now have a new and improved roof!
